Im no expert but Id drop the milk in your shakes for water. Make sure bread is low calorie and not white! Burger? Unless its home made and you know whats in it Id definitely take this out! Burgers are full of saturated fat. Not sure you need so much protein before training anyway the tin of tuna should be enough.

Dont have to count cals, can get the same from just going by meal sizes.

Is your Green Tea Caffine free? Worth looking as if not thats a lot of caffine and during the evening could keep you awake.

How long you been on this diet? Monitior and adjust acordingly.

          green tea

          workout 5-6 lifting weight

Dont think theres enough omega fats in there so look @ Nuts/Fish oil/ Fish oil caps/ Flax & Pumpkin seeds/olive oil.

Dont know what your weights or cardio look like but make sure u have that in check, maybe vary your protein soruce seems lot of tuna, maybe get some turkey or beef etc in there.

            Were you being serious?

In order to lose weight you need to be on a calorie deficit, and if you are not counting how many calories then there isn't a way of knowing whether or not you are doing this.
