how long to run eq?

how much and how long is the general rule for running eq and test?
i would like to do for 8 weeks but should i do 10?

Hi mate there is a great article on boldenone (eq) in the article section Usually people would run it for minimum 16weeks cus it takes ages to kick in. dose should be between 400mg-6oomg every week. You can also front load 1g during the first week to get blood levels up quicker, Test is usually run for 12 weeks however this is not set in stone just depends on how long you want to run the course for... There's no really issue running them both for 10 weeks though. Depending on the does of the test you'll find your it will get going after 3-4 weeks so personally id go for 10 weeks.

8 weeks is ok, min duration
400-600mg per week

If you are running it for a shorter duration like 6 to 8 weeks, it needs frontloading for best effects, this is doubling your normal weekly dose in weeks 1 and 2 which achieves peak blood levels faster and starts the gaining part of the cycle much quicker, longer cycles are generally run straight dosed. Both methods work well.

i wouldnt run for less than 12 tbh eq is very slow and steady
week 1 1200
week 2 900
3-12 600
started at 68kg PB,s bench: 170kg 3 reps cg 155kg single deadlift: 5 reps 245kg 1RM 260kg @knee height squat: 200 kg 2 reps clean and press 100kg 2 rep 110 1RM weight:108kg bf 14%~

12-14 weeks I'd say was about right, I agree with what the lads have said if you are doing only 8 weeks you should front load.
I am doing the same cycle next, 12 weeks test e/eq then adding var for last 6 weeks, not tried eq or var before so interested to see what gains I get.

when are you due to start this course, thinking of doing something similiar myself, but atm still thinking about tren instead of the sq.

Im going to start in about 2-3 weeks mate, looking forward to it, especially when I add the anavar for last 6 weeks, read up a bit on it and there's not many bad words to say about the stuff.
Im going to be doing 600mg Eq/500mg Test Enan/70mg anavar
