how much cardio when bulking?

Right wanna bulk but dont want to end up like this  so im 19 and ectomorph wanting to bulk and not end up like that guy ^^ i was thinking of 20/30mins x 5days a week too much? how much would you sergest? oh i currently look think this not bulking just lifting weights, skinny lol thanks for the help Joe

If I was you I would concentrate on getting a good Lifting routine and eat, eat, eat. obviosley get a bit of cardio in for fitness but dont go ott. Do a search for a good routine & diet there are plently on here. get some good sources of protein down your neck.

The key to not getting fat while bulking is to evaluate your body and what you eat regularly. Try to gain 1lb every 2 or 3 weeks (if natural) and if you think you are putting on too much fat then either eat a little less or do a bit more cardio.
