right i wanna no how strong people are in  benching, shoulder press dead lifts, ect
 
me bench 130kg including bar 55kg each end bar weight 20kg  being spotted
shoulder press dumb bells 45kg
deadlift i havent been doing this long 140kg
sqaud 120kg
 
age 24
weight 13stone
bodyfat 15%
size hight 5"10
would you say thats good lift for my size and age also av never touch steroids yet lol and my picture is an old 1

Your bench is alright, your squat and Deads are very poor in comparison.

i have only been doing deaslifts ad squats for about a month really increasing the weight every week like

deadlift: 185kg 3 reps 200kg 1RM 220kg @knee height
squat: 200 kg 2 reps
clean and press 100kg 2 rep 110 1RM

agree with Plug...hald decent bench but the other two are below average....but like you say, you've only been doing them for a short period

Yep as the guys have said mate, you have a good bench and shoulder press - need to work on the lower body exercises though

Weird how people have different strengths at different lifts.  Comparing myself to Leerc, he benches more than I can dream of, but my deads are a over 20ks more than his.   Strange old thing.

All of my lifts are of June prior to all the damage I have done to my knee again
Shoulder Press, standing 3x3@90kg
Bench Press 3x2@130kg
Squat 3x3@200kg, however I feel I should really be getting an extra 3-4 inches depth on the squat
weight is 103kg

Seated shoulder pressed 50's for 6-8 reps, leverage pressed (cybex style) 80kg each side for 6-8.

Other lifts below.
Squat: 363kg

Bench: 195kg

Deadlift: 300kg

@ (currently 114kg)

...soon to be obliterated!

tjones is your shoulder press 2 x 45kg dumbells or 2 x 45kg dumbells? if its 2 x 45 then thats impressive imo 45k Db,s arnt easy

Not much at all tbh, although i dont know my maximum for lifts though just train at what is hard for reps

Bench 80/85kg at 3x10
Deadlift 110kg at 3x10
Squat 100kg at 3x10
