how to get over plateau?

been doing cycles for years now and cant seem to budge passed 17 stone 4. ive tried introducingan extra meal and upped my gear doseages slightly. just looking for pointers or help how to overcome it

How much gear you running? and Do you stay on all the time or come off and do the correct PCT No doubt it will come down to the amount of calories you are eating. I would do two things have a break from the meds for a while or up the amount of calories you eat per day. If you really can't eat anymore food maybe go for a supplement mate 2/3 drinks a day should see the weight start to come on you. It's a great question I wonder how the pro's do it they seems to put on another 30 pounds each year lol

If it is a weight barrier you are trying to break through then that is all down to calories mate as stated above, but also some info is needed on how you are cycling your AAS as this has a massive effect on plateau's Bigfella.

Im using a descent weight gainer at the moment.... its 1400 cals per shake, with 400g carbs and 78g protein. Doesnt bloat you either. I have 2 a day... I reckon after a month or two you'd see some extra weight slapped on?

^^^^^ god sounds nasty lol I couldn't and wouldn't have that many cals in a drink no doubt full of sugar and other crap. I'm lucky I can eat 10 meals a day easy sometimes more. I can eat meal after meal so don't use a weight gain product only a protein drink. 90 % off anything I get from foods. Few protein drinks a day when needed. OP - Like BF said give us more info so people can help you better

Tastes fine mate. Very little sugar, more complex carbs. Its a weird taste... but once you get going its about 8/10 for taste. I use it alongside my 6 big meals.... works for me.

Sorry, its 1400 cals, 212g carbs and 78g protien per serving. Mutant Mass, in Chocolate Hazlenut. This is one of the only shakes that doesnt laxicate me and doesnt bloat me. I divide my 2 servings into 4 portions sometimes, and consume throughout the day.

found it 6.8kg £45.50 free shaker, is choc hazelnut nice? is it a thick or watery shake? will 1400cal serv fit in 1 700ml shaker ok?

is the 1400cals with milk? says 1060cal on the site?? my dymatize is 1250cal in water

Its 1400cals with milk. Yes. Taste is damn good. I dont know if it will fit your shaker, unless you break it down like I do? Instead of 4 scoops per shake, do 2 4x throughout the day? This way its still 2 big shakes, just spaced out more...
