Hi , I am trying to cut down on eating too many carbs.
My goal is to lose a small amount of flab on my stomach to reveal my abs, also build some muscle if possible.



10am - Small bowl of cereal / branflakes
12am - Tuna w salad, banana
1-2pm - lifted weights
3pm - 2 chicken chargrills ( 3g carbs per) , 2 slice of bacon , 1 egg , beans
5pm - Tuna with 1 slice of bread , salad
7pm - beans , apple
9pm - Chicken , white fish , carrots , salad , 1 egg , 2 slices of bread

    Hi mate Whats your age weight height? How long you been on that diet and what results have you seen ?

    Depending on that , but i would Defo lose:

    Bacon at 3pm ( maybe introduce a low gi carb )
    Bread @ 5pm
    Beans and apple at 7pm
    Bread @ 9pm


    Maybe some thing like this (Depends though )

    10am - Bowl of Porrdige / musille[sp]
    12am - Tuna with Salad 1 banana
    1-2pm - Train
    Apple right after
    3pm - Meat + Veg + ( Maybe Low Gi carb like sweet potato or rice [small amount)
    5pm - Protein + Veg/Salad
    8-9pm - Protein (+ Veg Salad if you want )

        I've only been eating like this for 2 days, i already feel slightly thinner.

          Maybe take out the carrots for Broccoli as well. Carrots aren't advised on a cutting diet.
