iMoveFreely: Prepare yourself better for your training, work and life! 23 January 2012 16:14 (permalink)

SPONSOR MESSAGE

iMoveFreely is a unique web site that has been designed by experts to help you move freely from home or even at your desk at work. People often have aches and pains that they feel are not worth bothering a medical practitioner about and not worth paying privately for and so they often go unmanaged. This unfortunately leads to longer term problems that the body cannot cope with and often results in pain which can get expensive, especially when training as hard as many of our members do.

IMF has attracted significant interest from major players in the UK and abroad. Blue-chip companies, sports teams, and individual trainers all see the value of having an expert system that is easily accessible through the web; at work and at home.

One study using a manual version of the IMF programme showed significant improvements in low back pain. Trainers have found that a system that screens the key mechanical areas to highlight the risk for Repetitive Strain Injury, low back pain and other injuries is helpful at reducing the number of injuries and time way from the gym.

Then depending upon where this is going perhaps a line like: try iMoveFreely to help manage your low grade issues, it will help you work harder and recover quicker.

As we are on the subject of working at desk etc ... would any one suggest a particular desk chair to help promote good posture?

What a great idea. Just signed up giving it a go. Niggling lower back pain pretty much forever, nothing too serious more an annoyance. Well worth a try at that price.
