i start work at 5.30 so quick and easy what would u guys eat
 
i now them normal cerial and fruit isnt great so asking advice
 
looking to bulk up

    Oats/whey.......quick filling and ideal for bulking.

      boil some eggs the night before and eat them cold in the morning with some fruit. :)

        looking to bulk, pasta with meat and a dose of fatty dressing can easily go up to a 1000 cals, cold or hot and can make the night before. Pasta/tuna/olive oil based mayo my fav for bulking. Lots of cals.
         
        And pasta converts to glucose more easily than most carbs

          I'm bulking. Usual breakfast is French toast. 4/5 eggs, 3 slices w/meal bread and tbsp of EVOO. Haven't got bored of it yet.

            600ml skimmed milk
            &
            40g whey
            300ml skimmed milk

            1000kcal
            15g fat
            140g carbs
            80g protein

              2 wholewheat bagels, 2 fried eggs, 2 slices of cheese, 2 slices Parma ham then neck 7 egg whites on the side
