in need of advice.. my diet plan

my current stats - 6ft 7 Age 25 Body fat around 18% Looking to get more defined, lose some fat, my current diet is: 5:30 am 3 weetabix skimmed milk 2 scoops whey with milk and banana 1 omega 3 cap 6 almond nuts 7.30am Tin of tuna, 1tbs light mayo on 2 rounds 50/50 bread 9.30 am 4 raw egg whites with milk 10.30 120g chicken with 1/2 cup cous cous and mixed veg 12.30 same as 10.30 meal 1.15 creatine mix with water 6 almond nuts 1.30 train 2.45 2 scoops whey protein shake with creatine 3.15 4 eggs scrambled on 1 slice 50/50 bread 6.30 evening meal normally consist of either chicken, pork or salmon veg rice or sweet potato 10.00 bed time shake 2 scoops whey milk banana 6 almonds, 1 omega 3 cap Any advice would be appreciated thanks

IF i am honest I am not a fan of breads for carbs sources, especially when trying to lose weight, if you are going have bread then make wholemeal bread Other than that it looks like a reasonable start point, one of the biggest keys to this is to make the diet sustainable
