injury while on cycle

hi all, im on a bulk cycle , sus, deca, d bol, going well about a month in, first 2 weeks felt megga, then hurt my right shoulder front delt, been training still on all my training days, but on chest and shoulder workouts i cant put any heavy weight on it, only doing 60kg bench press but getting a pump (which hurt my should a little) from doing 100-120kg bench press. still been putting weight on which is good but just so anoyed i cant push heavy. Should i still train but just do really light weights just to keep a pump or have a week out, its been damaged for about 10 days now. What things could i do to help speed the healing up so i can get onto pushing big weight again? thanks ad.

If theres one thing I've learned though painfull experience, that's to rest an injured shoulder. Do you know if its muscle, tendon, or rotator-cuff. If its joint.....seriously, rest it!!!
