just finishing week 1 on iron labs methel-s comming on nicely with no bad sides just starting to get few aches and pains in my shoulder joints any body no how i can ease these up abit

hi ya mate
running anabolic innovations cycle support at the minute aches only last for couple hours in the morning so may be just normal hard training pains was finking some joint supplement may help
