when people bulk they always gain some fat but is it possiable to bulk and not gain any fat so a lean bulk but only muscle

i want to do a very very lean bulk for 5-months were i gain 1-2lbs a month would this be a lean bulk and no fat gain also i realise that 70% is down to diet

i now weigh 80kg at 10%bodyfat would like to add 2-5lbs before july or is this impossibale

i workout 2 hours a day sometimes 3hours a day
6am-1hour-boxing morning cardio
3.30pm-1hour -weights
7pm-1hour-fast pace walk-only when i feel like i have to much energy

If you bulked with NO fat gain what so ever, your bf% would go down.

In some ways it's possible, but far from optimal in terms of muscle growth.  It's such a slow process it's very difficult to tell if you're doing it right.  9 times out of 10, people doing this are going no where.

Give this a watch, pretty much sums it up.
