What are your goals and stats? I.e age, height, weight, bf% etc.
You'll get better advice if we know these

        No prob.
        im 24, 5'7-5'8 90kg
not sure on bf % im guessing 15-20

Main goal is to add some muscle, hopefully without gaining much fat or even losing a bit, but this isnt my biggest concern tbh.

iv been back training a month or so, P/P/L 1 on 1 off, seeing some gains in arms shoulders and legs mainly. train for about an hour.

On a first quick glance I'd say it looks a little low on total cals.

I'd also prefer to add a good solid meal of protein and carbs after your PWO whey.
