Starting a new journal as my old one has been infected with a terminal case of the dreaded new page virus. I doubt it'll take me three years to ruin this one Fri OHP 40-60-80 85x1.5 85x1 They were supposed to be doubles but despite not feeling heavy at all, they all felt So, after I was done raging and then planning my suicide I had a look at my setup and noticed my grip had crept in pretty narrow. This feels good and tight at the start but means I can't get my head through for a decent lockout. Changed it about 10mm wider and it felt much better.. 80 x 2 Quit while ahead Front Squat 60-80-100 140 - 140 - 140 Legs were just too tight to contemplate triples. Happy enough with three singles at that weight and my knees are thanking me this morning. Cable X-Over pin8 x 12-10-8 Deadlift 60-100-140-160 x 5 180 x 2 200 x 2 200 x 2 200 x 4 Would've been happy enough with three doubles at the 200 but it all felt surprisingly good. In fact I'd say the best I've ever repped that weight in terms of holding my upper back tight through the negative.

This journal is crap... I prefered the other one. Nice to seer I wasn't the only one sufering an OHP curse this week. Good work tho, nice FSing also. AND good DL reppage/volume.

Mon Push-Press 40-60-70 x some 80 90 100 105f close but no ceegar turns out push press is easier when you don't smash yourself in the face with the bar whoodathunkit Squat 60-80-100-120-140 155 5x5 I'd rate that as moderately hard but A+ for tech Hammer Pulldown 130 x 10 120 x 8-6 Supposed to be low pulley but the cable required more bravery than I possess to use. Tried the heavier weight and it's do-able but in the end went back to 120 and worked on A+ tech. Chest Press 45 pr side x 12-9-6 Skulls/Close Grip 50kg x 10/12 err can't remember the exact number on the last 2 sets they were a bit down but not disastrously so for saying we were working pretty quick and straight after chest press. Weigh-in 14st 3lb

Wed jedi late for class 3 demerits. Close Grip Pulldown pin11 x 12-10-8 Hack Squat 50kg x 12-10-8 legs are sooooo tight was dreading this but it actually helped free 'em off a bit Cable X-Over pin8 x 12-10-8 Curls -Straight Bar 40kg(inc bar) x 12-10-8 + supersetted drag curls OHP 40-60 x 5 70 70 72.5 5x5 Struggled a bit with the 72.5...not that I was ever in much danger of not making the sets but seemed like there was the odd unexpected grinder in there usually at about rep 3. In summary, I thought it would be easier than that.
