hey guys, im currently after putting on some size and maybe losing 1 or 2% BF in the process. this is the first time i've ever calculated my diet and just wonder if anyone has any constructive criticism on it that can help me. 
im 21years old
6 foot
97.5kg ( was at 101 before xmas but i've been rather ill :( )
as of tomorrow i'll be running test enth 300 and equipose 300, 2ml of each a week. 
i'm training 4 times a week, routine looks like:
 
back/traps,bi's
shoulders/hams
off
quads/calfs
off
chest/tri's
off
 
(normally do 45mins cardio on sunday)
 
now to the diet. the meal orders are not set in stone, and vary depending on were i am as i work rotating shifts ( 6-2, 2-10) 
 
Diet
 
Meal 1
6 egg whites, 3 egg yolks
75g oats
1 scoop Myofusion
 
58.5g protein, 50g carb, 22.5g fats       620kcals
 
Meal 2
250g chicken breast
60 long grain rice
100g broccoli
20g peanut butter
 
65g protein, 52g carbs, 16g fats       600kcals
 
Meal 3
200g tuna chunks
75g oats
25g almonds
 
56g protein, 50g carbs, 13g fats   540 kcals
 
Meal 4
250g chicken breast
175g whole-wheat pasta
100g broccoli
20g peanut butter
 
67g protein, 55g carbs, 16g fats      630 kcals
 
Meal 5
250g lean beef mince
175g whole-wheat pasta
 
59g protein, 51g carbs, 15g fats      580kcals
 
 
PWO shake
100g bodybuilding warehouse premium mass
 
Protein 38g, carbs 47g, fats 11.2g    kcals 410
 
Total
Protein  343.5g,  carbs 305g, fats  93.5     kcals  3380
 
please feel free to point out anything you think im missing, including to often of or just basically clueless on :)

    Don't look too bad, maybe need more veg and you have no fruit. You may also find it helpful to vary what you are eating. Some say if you work out 10 meals that roughly hit your cals per meal and macro split, that is enough variation. Maybe a bit low on cals but you will soon see if this is the case a few weeks in and increase. What u doing 30 p 50 c 20 f ?

      i think its  a little low on fats tbh, might add some, i'll snack on fruit aswell then, i'll get 3 pieces in a day, i thought about swapping one of my carb sources for potato instead??  i was looking more towards somewere about 40 40 20, but my ratio's are off a bit, and like i say i need more fats i think.

        oh and i also drink about 3-4L of water a day and a couple of cups of green tea
