ok.. where do i start. 2many opinions turn into arguments lets keep this simple..

im starting a course soon and need advice to avoid getting a spotty face i.e (ACNE)

there is 2 opinions on weather to use long or short esters? (long for stable bloods or short to come off quick to avoid bad sides) i find this confusing so is test better 2be long ester or short ester to avoid acne issues?

is letro or aramosin good to help with acne?

is vit b5 good ?

don't mention accutane its not gonna happen..

my 2 pence is avoid short esters and sust i find they give me more acne than longer esters.

And an AI on cycle is a good call if using aromatising aas and could help prevent acne and will make recovery after the cycle easier. Or you could use non aromatising aas.

Vit b5 definetly works for me helps dry my skin up, you could also use sun beds and a strict clean regime.

Here and there i'd get one on my face but primarily just my back and shoulders. Tanning beds def helped.

What is your cycle plan?

There are ways to work round things, I cycle carefully to keep acne & hair loss to a minimum as I'm prone to both. ( acne over back & shoulders only )

I wash with clearasil ultra twice a day which helps.

I also used benzoyl peroxide cream (oxy10) which was effetive when I had a bad breakout.

I dont suffer from acne at all now as I've found the right meds & doses to work with.

Why? Again imo, but this is the only med that is proven to avoid acne. You gotta love livin', baby, 'cause dyin' is a pain in the ass.

If your really acne prone then Accutane is the only answer, in my opinion.
