Piss test no probably not, could affect blood test though, liver results might be skewed if you've been on the orals, haemocrit might be raised, depends how long you've been on as well, hard to say mate as obviously it differs from person to person, others are a given, raised test levels.... Depends what they're testing for.

don't worry about AAS showing on life insurance tests, they won't be running those. if they do run bloods, it is not for steroids or drug use, it is basic bloods as for a physical health check-up, and the piss test is standard rec drug test.

They don't test for it. You don't even actually have to declare "HRT" on many of the providers applications.

You'd only have blood tests done in the first place if you had other conditions that prompted them. But as above they don't test for them.

yeah but he's not talking about a drugs test, he's talking about the use of testosterone affecting the results...

Trt is different as TRT is tailored to 'replace' a natural amount of testosterone it shouldnt affect a blood panel in any way as you're not exceeding your natural total.

Higher doses could skew things... you'll have to wait and see now.

Really its something you should have thought about weeks ago mate, if you've got bloods coming up you want to be off gear and have the esters have cleared the system by the time they come around.

Pre planning!  If you've got the time, drop the test and get the bloods done clean.

If you're talking about TRT and it's done through the NHS then you should be ok, if it's self prescribed then who knows... depends how much your running.

As said, they will not be testing specifically for steroids. What they will be testing for are general blood parameters which using steroids MAY have skewed into an abnormal position.

Having bad cholesterol readings or liver function tests (both distinct possibilities from steroid use) would be a red flag for the insurer as it could indicate increased risk of cardiovascular disease/stroke and liver problems. They may refuse cover or impose sanctions and/or higher premiums.
