well basically i lost the weight i wanted to loose etc and now im gunna try my hand at getting bigger but not fat..

i have no idea where to start i knw tht i need to eat alot more cals thn i have been doing
i only get 50quid a week and mainly only like chicken and beef

anyone can be any help i onl yweight bout 12s maybe less
