No free weights and no bench. Its also far to small and full of chavs. I wouldnt accept a free membership if it was offered.
I remember once I started using it to help out a friend of mine. Anyway I get to the counter and explain that she is a member and I just want to do a few sessions with her. They tell me I will have to be inducted which I dont have a problem with. What I have a problem with is that they charged me for it! It was about a fiver!
Anyway I paid and went down. The instructor took one look at me and said "You don't need an induction do you?" So I didn't have it in the end!
Crazy!
