I Managed a 5kg increase on my bench tonight so up to 185kg!

Used my mobile to film it, each end of the bar is carrying 2 x 20kg, 1 x 15kg, 2 x 10kg 1 x 5kg and 1 x 2.5kg plates, the clip aint 2 clear so thought id list em.

Jonnywildboar, could you post the clip as they still dont run on my pc? cheers!

The one he fell over with was 165.

The second was supposed to be (and was recorded as) 165 but was actually 160.

The third was 170.

Squat - 85kg
Bench - 55kg
Deadlift - 110kg

Suppose I could finally air my efforts

Bodyweight - 100kg

Mixture of gym and comp bests. All unequipped.

Cheers for that. I was expecting to be first or near the start anyway, so it wasn't too bad. Figured there probably wouldn't be too many other women competing and I'm in one of the lighter categories anyhow. Was more disconcerted when I saw how many were watching the last set of DLs!

Maybe Chris will get competing but I wouldn't hold your breath. He's the least competitive person I've ever met!...

unless your just going to specialise in bench in the future Goe I think dropping squat and deadlift for 4 weeks would not be a wise option!
