Good work. Seeing as you asked for powerlifting records I assume you fancy entering a comp? You should. You'd probably qualift for Brits Unequipped Champs in both BDFPA and GBPF with those lifts, if youi can put them down in a comp! Cliff-vtr lifts a a 75 in both those feds.

Really? Have thought about it in the past, a few power lifters train in a gym not too far from me (peak physique in Cardiff) but not sure if I've got the nerve! Haven't hit that weight on the squat for a couple of months as I hurt back (doing squats!!!) and haven't pushed it that far yet, not far off though, think I did 170 or 175k a few weeks back and the same on the deadlift so I'd imagine I could match if not better my pb's in the near future.

Thought I'd put mine in here too. Lifts are as my sig states. I did 1 160kg squat the other night as had not done a single for a while, went up easy so this will increase soon. Going for a 217.5kg deadlift later today too so fingers crossed I'll get that! SQ 160 + BP 115 + DL 215 = 490kg @ 90kg BW
My log DL: 252.5kg SQ: 210kg BP: 145kg

Squat is very good. You should do well at the finals in April. Carn't think of many unequipped 82s of hand. The best of the bunch Andy Bonner is back up to his normal 90 class this year and he held the best 3 totals @ 82s (640's).

Hoping for some improvement for the finals (although I popped a rib c artilage last week which is buggering up my deadlifting at the moment, which has already been buggered up by a torn hamstring at christmas ) Cheers Macca

Don#t push to hard as champs are not far away. You'll def be up for a top 3 place with a 600+ total. Andy B may very well be lifting in 82.5 class. He did a very easy, taking the piss, 600 at our divisionals. I may be down at the Brits helping a mate out in the 82.5's
