Top top recipe. I made them with blackurant sugar free jelly last night, they're a right hand workout, although that's probably to do with the teaspoon I used to mix it lol. Anyway, I had a slice this morning and they're awesome. Definitely gonna be making some more batches. I fancy the lemon and lime flavour next.
Ain't no way you gonna stop my flow....

Dude good job with choc orange, I may try nx weekend. Re the amount of time they keep I make enough to last me all week and I have no probs with them but they are kept in a fridge until I take em work with me.

yeah, the choc orange are good mate. i just made some strawberry and blackcurrent but havnt tasted yet as they are setting in the fridge. how many batches do you make in one go then mate for them to last you all week? i only thought maybe three days because that ws how long the quark packet said it should be onsumed within once opened. nd when i went back to the quark today (after 2 days), it had gone all watery like it had separated from the solids? but that was reason for asking as i was thinking of doing what yopu do and make a load up in one go, just wouldnt want them to go off....be a crime to waste any! lol

I normally make 2 batches up at a time mate. Take some of them to work with me and also sometimes when food isn't going to be readily available, they are too easy to just take with me, no hassle, don't cause a mess. and they taste great. Only thing is when i make a few batches up at once i normally polish them off pretty quickly simply for them being there.

OoOGazOoO, im a bit confused mate, as you wrote this.... Basically, when you are melting it in the microwave dont let it get too runny, i.e. you need to microwave it for a bit longer, this will make it less runny but the longer i leave it in there the more runny it will become, wont it? i only put it in the microwave for about 1&1/2/ mins yesterday as it started spitting out of the bowl. lol.

Yeh i normally place something over the top of the bowl i microwave it in. What i have found mate is that the longer you leave it in the more thicker it gets actually. Or another tip is to microwave the peanut butter and st ivel in one bowl then microwave the quark in another, seperately, that helps.

After reading the success Sydmus had, I thought I would give the choccy ones a go Really easy actually, and turned out dead perfect! You were not kidding about the mixture setting quick, it was really a test to get the mixture in the tray and spread before it set! In the fridge as we speak...........

Awesome mate, you may want to maybe lose the tin foil, depending on how well it comes off it.

Gazzy could you use unflavoured whey with strawberry crusha? And would this be suitable for a cut instead ofa usual meal which consists of 150g chicken or salmon with mixed veg? Cheers fella.

Yes, when i dont have time to eat a whole meal i just have a few bars, they are great.
