Don't know much about ECA or Clen, I want to compete naturally so stick to the basics as much as possible until I learn more about each of them...

I used Thermobol before and apart from the horrific first few nights sweating -ex thought it hilarious at the time I found it to be very effective. Trouble is, weight fell off a little too quickly, I lost 8lbs in a week and got myself down to 9st 1lb!

I plan to use Thermobol for the next 5 weeks, then stack it with CLA for the last 3 weeks, then see if I'm ready to compete on April 22nd... I can see the muscle clearly in my legs, and my biceps have def grown, just gotta quite literally keep an eye on my butt!

lmao!

Good call with the thermo then flick. Perhaps it's just me not giving it long enough, or not paying enough atttention to my own results. But sounds like it works well for you.

07.30 50g porridge oats, scoop whey protein, 200ml skimmed milk

zlaty, the new photo looks extremely familiar.... Have I met you before?? Odd... Will pop over later re Good mornings

Mick -I'm not a fan of Quark too bitter. The only time I put it to good use is with sugar free jelly to give me a yummy snack... Or with white chocolate highlights sachet sprinkled on top for a treat...

Ta for the encouragement everyone, I actually look forward to writing my journal these days...

Sorry Flick I saw this post of yours on another journal and it made me snigger, yes I know I am a big kid

From what I've gathered from here, I don't do my cardio that hard, just enough to get my heart rate going and to leave me a little breathless

Anyway I will continue with the compliments if you continue with the advice, and any idea where you have seen my face yet??

I would hate to think the STD posters are still circulating

From my Journal Miss Flick

Flick
Food looks fine, I dunno about these though:
"a quiche or such like and a bowl of nutty cereal"...

There is no Mr Flick -sore subject

Agreed that the quiche and nutty cereal are not really a good idea, however I appear to have an insatiable hunger within an hour of returning from the gym, and I am not able to satisfy it

I won't mention the Ex Mr Flick ever again.

On a more positive note, I used to Dance at Club Maral in Sussex maybe you have seen me there?

Club Maral maybe closed down now I think it was on Railway Approach in Worthing. It was a lap dance club, but for females, it got a lot of hassle from local blokes so it might be gone now, I did a stint there about 3 years ago.

Oh and Happy Birthday, look forward to the pics

I know, I was really mad about the meeting, it was rubbish!!

Lapdancing club sounds fabby!!!

Mick - my ex bought me a Pink MP3 player, wrestling DVD, book, and some bath rose petal suds, and a big balloon and left it outside my house at 6.30am thinking I was going running -bless...
Then mum gave me £50 for driving lessons, and my mates in Oz all called this morn to say happy b.day so it's all been rather nice so far!

Didn't get to go food shopping last night so had no brekkie, just bought a big tub of cottage cheese gonna have that and a few rice cakes, then going for some lunch later.
The workout felt amazing, I pushed everything out I could, felt great grrrr

Lapdancer... I could imagine that ha ha!

Infact my mate Millie has just bought a pole for her living room, I may get a pole dance tonight for a giggle while I'm getting ready...

Treats... I'm going for lunch this afternoon and having a few vodka and diet lemonades tonight, god knows I'll need it for Dutch Courage to dress up!

No cake... I've bought workmates cakes and banoffee pies but I'm being good and filling up on cottage cheese...

Lapdancer..I'm pretty sure after you had sat with me doing whatever ever they are supposed to do, you would either be

(A) traumatised and spend the next 10 years in therapy before eventually being induced into a coma for your own safety or

(B) laugh so much that you would choke on your nachos and sour cream dip, spraying me with bits of food and cause me to run away like a sissy girl

Pole, now there is an idea, think of the uses, dancing, olly bar, javelin, firemans pole...that must be thee ultimate gift this year

(B) would be my aim... The last time a male gave me a lapdance I told him his red thong didn't match his skin tone, he left me slone pretty quickly after that!

Also just got a beuatiful bunch of pink roses delivered to work with another balloon, I AM being spoilt today

Needle?? Eh?

My last birthday I was working in a French ski resort, got hammered all day with guests, then pulled a rather cute Scottish bar dude and went home grinning

No plans for anything like that tonight, I'll be nicely concealed in my robbers mask for anyone to bother looking...

Roses from ahem... ex... who really is pulling out all teh stops today, I'm very embarrassed indeed

The tattoo on my right arm...

Pretty much every dud in Scotland you are describing there

you're wearing a mask?? I suppose it saves clarting the face in foundation, extra foundation, more foundation, lip stick, lip gloss, lip sparkle, blusher, concealer, eye liner, eye shadow, mascarra, teeth bleaching nose hair plucking, eye brow plucking....did I mention the foundation?

I don't wear make up...

Correction: I need to pluck my eyebrows as I haven't done them in three weeks, put on some lip gloss and mascara then I'm good to go tonight. There is nowt attractive about a woman who leaves a mask on the pillow after a night out... I'd rather be natural and ugly and spend the extra time I don't use to get ready to see my mates. I'm a 15mins kinda girl, jump out the shower, chuck on clothes, mascara, gloss and I'm good to go

Had a fantastic birthday ta peeps, just a quick insight into my weekend:

Friday pm went for lunch, had chicken breast (heart shaped awwww) with greens but was swamped in oil... Then split belgian waffles for dessert...
Friday night, went out bout 9pm, hit a few bars, got given some Laughing Cow cheese, at a cheesy gay night in a bar, then headed off to Candy Bar clubbing with mates dressed as a robber (photos to follow). Had about 6 vodka and lemonades all night, no munchies when I got home and loads of dancing til 4am! Lost my ball and chain after a friend took it off me, swung it round her head and clonked a gay guy on the head... Needless to say it was well and truly lost after that...
Saturday day: Did lots of furniture moving. Ate crap. 3 egg omelette for brekkie, then sweeties, then ham and cheese slice and a cheese string, lean mince at 6pm then went to see The Killers.
Sunday: Ate 3 egg omelette, lots of sweeties, kitkat chunky, and a homemade healthy chilli con carne at 8pm.

Went for a run this morning at least...

Good to hear you enjoyed your birthday...

I wouldn't be too worried your eating... you can get back on track this week TBH.
