Trained Back today, no progress on Deadlift, backwards infact, but 30kg Dumbell Bent Over Row WOOP! And 65kg Close Grip Lat Pulldown!!!
 
And BF on the Tanita's was at 20% even though weight has stayed the same WOOP!!! That's down 3% in a month

First set wasn't supersetted, I politely went over and asked a lady if I could work in with her. She looked at me clearly wanting to say no even though she was just sitting on the machine and was like "Well be quick then", after my set she got back on and wouldn't get back off, doing sets with like 10 seconds rest - stupid bint. She knew I was waiting there and just wouldn't get off, clearly didn't like my high reps... GRRRRRR

Also did 20mins Stepper earlier, another bodybuilder there (not amazing one) said "Only 20mins Flick, I don't even break a sweat in that time", I was like "I'm off season, not two weeks out from the Brits like you are! Too much cardio and you won't grow", he should know all about that, he lives on the Stepper, has no legs, and clearly does more cardio than weights cos he DOESN'T GROW!!!

Final part to add insult to injury, a so-called friend, also male, competed recently, came last in his class, out of condition, like REALLY out, and says to me today "Hey sexy, you've got a nice Back you know, detailed... You just need to get rid of that now," and points at my fl-abs...!!!! Geez, knock a girl when she's down! I wanted to ask him where his abs were at the show but again, didn't say anything...
:-(

All of that has made me really sad, feel really quite frumpy...

Ok, rant over now, anyone would think I WAS PREPPING!!

I wouldn't take anything the boys said personally. I think it was just them trying to have a bit of conversation/attract your attention. Actually, I believe there is some kind of unwritten law about this. The convention is, I believe, to be a bit edgey and controversial, to establish yourself as a guy, a geezer, someone who will 'tell it like it is' etc etc.

I've not really been in here as you can tell :-)

Got bored of chatting to myself, the whole split journals thing means that most people don't read others' journals anymore so I kinda let it slip by the wayside.

Delta is adorable but pic is in BNBF forum, and there are heaps on fuzzbook!!

Been training sporadically, cardioing much more, like on average, 30mins a day 3x a week!!!

Am down to 9st 9lbs which is the lightest I've been in ages and only 1st away from what would be a good contest weight for me now.

Last week this week of the evil 5 rep programme and then onto 100 rep programme to really shake things up!

I have no idea currently...

All I know is, I won't compete if I can't get my mindset right. I'm sick of being the half-a$$ed girl who can't see her diet through. I know I'm brutally honest and Carl always says, "there's plenty of others like you but they just don't admit it", but I don't care. It is all or nothing.

I'm toying with a 12-week diet, as perhaps fast is best for me not to get bored.

I just don't know... :-/ It makes me upset just thinking about it. I only have one goal for next year and that's to win a qualifier...

What I do know is I'm off to Canada on March 1st and not back til 16th, so no plans will go underway until then anyway :-D

Flick there are fair more people that don't hack it through than you think and I have never seen you as a quitter. You have had wobbles but as C says so do other people the difference is, for good or bad, you post it on a public forum and many others don't so we never get to hear about them.

Am just finishing the 5 rep workout routine I've been doing over the last 5 weeks (7 weeks altogether including breaks)

Seated Barbell Bicep curl went from 25kgs to 30kgs in 5 weeks :-)

Tricep Cable pushdown went from 13.75kgs to 21.75kgs in 5 weeks :-)

DB Concentration curls went from 10kgs to 12kgs; so am pretty pleased with progress with arms! Will post the rest later in the week as I get through workout 5 with all my bodyparts!

Today did last Shoulder workout. Have gone from DB pressing 16kgs to 20kgs for 5 reps and Rear Delt Raise has really gone up from 8kgs to 14kgs dumbells WOOP!

Shoulders today - even worse than biceps yesterday!
Shoulder press 60 reps @ 5kgs, 25 reps @ 7.5kgs, 15 reps @ 10kgs!
Side Lat raise 60 reps @ 2kgs, 25 reps @ 4kgs, 15 reps @ 6kgs! Need to take this one up next week :-)

Also did 10min Stepper and may do some more later.

Am trying to get myself desperately 'thin' as my pal is home form Oz after 3 years away and I wanna prove to her I'm still as slim as I was when she left! Luckily she loves muscle so looking 'bigger' no problem!!!! :-D

Brief pause to change weight but as soon as that's done, it's over with.
Change of weight at 60, 25 then last 15 reps :-)
