193 lbs, 3lbs lost over easter, although i'm not sure what this 3lbs was. Fairly dehydrated when i woke up this morning, damn heat

Most of the weights down, not bothered. Reps are up, TUT is up, pump was good.
Diet is back on track, full steam ahead for the coming weeks.
