ECA (Ephedrine, Caffeine, Aspirin)

I just bought some ephedrine tablets (30mg) but they don't seem to be doing anything I can detect. They were bought off the web. How can I check if the site sells legit pills? Can I put the URL where I bought them in this thread or can I ask another way?

guys, whats the best, optimal way to take ECA? How many? For fat loss i mean. How many tabs per day considering its short half life.

I finished all my Kaizen Eph 8mgX 150 tabs in a bout a month and now got T5- I am sure this has been asked before, but should i bother splitting this capsules that contain 60mg eph into two and take them pre b-fast and before the gym like partyboy recommends?  I guess if i take one in one go first thing in the morning and then go to the gym, i will get appetite suppressant effect + stimulating effect at the gym..?  I just cant bear the thought of splitting powder into two potion every morning lol  that would look pretty dodgy

tried dymetradine 25 a ECA drug - excellent for weight loss but sent heart rate flying would be up to 200 bpm when cardio exercising, my usual starter at the gym is 5km in under 20mins and I would usually have a 160 bpm max, started to get the odd sharp pain in my chest not normal when exercising. Also noticed that I became very short tempered and very snappy at the slightest thing.

Overall not worth it!

because you would probably be using this stack to loose fat you would be consuming below maintanece cals. Do you loose strength because of this or does the eph help maintan strength

I've just had a bad experience with T5s. I was ok while taking them, I took them mon-fri first thing in the morning and stopped at weekends. I did this for about 4 or 5 weeks. I also drank a few cups of coffee each day, sometimes espresso's and during the last week, I was consuming an energy dring pre-training which also contained 200mg of Caffine. I took the last one last Friday and by Monday lunchtime I experienced a very nasty panic attack and anxiety set in BIG TIME. It's been bad all week to the point that I went to A&E Wednesday morning where I had an ECG and my heart and blood pressure checked. Thankfully, everything was ok although the blood pressure was up a little bit.

It's now Saturday and I still feel the anxiety, I've been taking 2 x 2mg diazipens twice per day ad they seem to help "chill" me a bit.

I dont feel as bad as I did and it seems to be getting better but boy did I feel **** early to mid week, I will never touch this stuff again and the only reason I took it was because it's not on the banned list of substances for out of competition testing.

Hi

Just started to use T5's (60mg E, 200mg C, and 30mg A) 1 a day. Am gonna try different things to get the right time to take them to give me the optimum effect. I'm definately getting the supprest appetite which is good as I always feel peckish but generally have a decent diet. Am gonna use these for a couple of months to get my body weight down then use a mixtures or supplements, creatine etc to build muscle.

I had a good cardio workout yesterday which felt good, I took the dose about 45 minutes before the gym. My hearbeat was at about 180 when running hard and it's normally about 160/165 when running hard. Must be working out.

I am getting a few sides such as mild dizzyness, nausea and feel the need to pee more (which is due to the increase in blood flow) but overall I feel OK and can manage them

Will see the coming week how they fit into my weekly routine and at work.

I am currently using the Forza T5's. They are quite good but they are fairly strong so if your not used to Caffeine or have mood swings then this isn't for you. I do get sides but they are only minor (slight headaches, nausea) They do supress your appetite quite well and give you a buzz when working out. You also will feel your heart rate increase and will sweat more but that's natural with an increase in heartrate.
 
What is your diet like?
Do you take supplements at the moment?
What are your goals/Waht do you hope to acheive?
 
 

Hi, I have read though the endless pages on this thread which has been really useful.  I am currently on a ECA 12 week plan and am really pleased with the results having lost 3LB in the first week.
 
My question is regarding the dosing.  I fully understand that the dosing can be upped to 3 doses per day however I plan to only ever take 2 per day as they are the 30mg tabs.  The question is when having the second dose do you take the whole stack again?  ie, would I take the 30mg E, 200mg Caffine and 75mg A in the morning prior to breakfast and then all the same again later say 3pm or just take the extra E at 3pm?
 
Reason I am asking as the effects from the stack working brilliantly all morning and early afternoon, appertite is still reduced yet I start feeling really lathargic/tired come 4pm so could do with the extra boost to see me through.
 
Would that be the correct thing to do or is this a diet issue where I should increase carbs slightly to give me energy source? 
 
I am 32, 5foot 9 and 197LBs and look the same as my Av picture although with tiny bit more fat (just to give you an idea)

Yes, you take the entire stack again for your second dose, so E+C(+A if required)

Do you think that Diphenhydramine or Ketotifen help upregulate in the same way they do with Clenbuterol ?

I'm sort of split on if they actually help with clen, I do feel better the day after and the clen feels stronger, but not sure if its the good nights sleep or the upreg factor, ECAs similar so some days I think it works, other days I think its down to the sleep.

Im doing ECA twice a day is it ok to also be taken L-Glutamine and AAKG (L-Arginine alpha-ketoglutarate) 2 times a day???? Rounded teaspoon of each...

Can I donate blood when taking Ephedrine?

what kind of effects does eca or eph have on your heart. I mean if it raise bp and the amount of blood you heart pumpsround then what are the ramications if any

Ok I finally got me EPH HCL tablets from Astro (site sponsor).
Took 4 of them (32grams of EPH) with a large coffee (2.5 teaspoons of coffee).

Went to the gym and did 9.2Km and burned 1000 calories on the treadmill. Pretty good since this morning I had run 40 minutes (approx 6K).

1700 calories burned today. EPH defo works. I would never have done the run this evening without it

Do supps like dymetadrine 30+ and Diamond Labs ECA 30 really contain ephedrine?

I see a few UK online store carry it, I have used dymetadrine 30+ before but I don't think it was really as strong as bronkaid + 200mg caff tab

I bought some of Diamond Labs stuff recently and tastes like eph, I think the dose is closer to 20mg, as 2 of them aint bad, but 3 of them feels like the ones I usually get, at 60mg.

I tend to feel a little nausea on the Diamond Labs stuff too, which I havent had since they all came with Guifenisin or theophyline, but they are ok.

Quick question: Whats bf% is most effective to use a ECA stack at?? ie. how low should you  come and THEN think about a ECA stack. Or can it be used in 12 week 'slots' until it keeps coming down.

You should already be in a calorie negative state. If not, ECA will not help you.

Yes I have twice now. Very fast considering they ship from Canada. I recommend them.  However only 8mg in a tablet so I recommend that your order 150 tabs

How effective is the herbal version of Ephedrine as opposed to pure Ephedrine HLC??

So there's no significant difference. As im contemplating purchasing pure ephedrine but if the effects are not drastically better than Ma Huang then there is no need.
