alecs: Are you sure your scales weigh in mg ?

Some scales go to 1/10th of a gram increments so a 0.2 is actually 200mg not 20mg, the best way to weight tablets is to weight 10 or 20 a time. My scales are not very good at weighing a single tablet always get a 10-15%-/+ variance from each tablet sometimes from the same tablet too but weighing 25 a time seems to produce superior results, which are are more stable. 

So maybe add however many pills it takes to weight to 2g and then divide that number by 2000 to work a real weight out.

I was looking to get some Eph and almost bought online, but whilst out shopping on the weekend i happened to see some Diamond ECA 30+ in a shop on sale for 30 quid for 60 caps. Bargin! i thought and picked it up.
 
Has anyone tried this stack yet, is it any good?

Some say good, some say crap, split opinion then. I took some yesterday before training and it seemed to give me the effect i had expected.
 
Not sure about the company using their own fat burner and replacing Eph that would suck though, has this been confirmed? I will check online and see if i can dinf info; working today though so my research may have to wait until after work. :/

The ECA's on the market can only run with real eph for so long until they are stopped so its inevitable really. I'm currently favouring 1 Diamond ECA and 1 Epb-25 together and its pretty damned good.

Well, i think i will stick to just one a day for a few days so i can get used to the effect then up it. I'm looking to cycle this anyway maybe thinking 8 days on 5 off sort of thing.

Cycling can be a good idea

I try to work to 4 on 3 off, or 5 on 2 off, depends how many days I need it.

Anyone used gaspari superpump at the sametime as ECA?

Seems a bit pointless to me personally with superpump not exactly being cheap.

I'm on ECA at the minute and i've dropped the GSP, I'd rather save it for another time.

HELP I have been taking the above product constantly for about 18 months -  eph 30mg, Caffine 210mg, asprin 25mg i have had one a day or sometimes 2 and taken them before going on a night out.  I have lost loads of weight but am concerned as to some of the information i have found on the net.  I started taking them to get rid of weight gained in pregnancy.
 
after taking them I experience a rapid heart rate, dizzyness, jitters and anxiety.  I wake up in the morning with bad migranes but find if i take one with a headache tablet the migrane soon subsides.  I have hidden this from my husband for the last 18 months and i am concerned as i dont actually know what its doing to my body.
 
I am frightned to just stop taking them incase i put weight back on or experience withdrawl symptons.
 
I have a verry poor diet with low food consumption. If i take one before going to the gym i can work harder for a much longer period of time but push myself to the point of feeling sick and light headed when i get home and fear i am now addicted to these tablets.
 
I have a very hectic life and am constantly rushing round at 100mph.
 
Does anyone else take this supplement and experienced the same symptons.
 
Any help or advice on what to do is much appreciated.

18 months is way, way too long to be using Eph.  You need to wean yourself off using it.

You will gain weight if your diet is poor...this needs addressing.  This should have been addressed before taking eph!

It sounds like you have an addiction and need help.  Get yourself along to your GP IMO  A problem shared is a problem halfed.

Yes, unfortunately it's more than likely Lau.

If you taper the doseage over a period of time (how long depends on lots of factors tbh) things should be a little easier to handle.

Oh great what a mess  i appear to have got myself in!

You'll be fine if you stay positive and want to solve the problem (which you obviously do!), 30-60mg isn't a particularly high dose.

Book and appointment with your GP and be honest about your situation, after all they're not there to tell you off they're there to help you.  Talking to your partner about your problem maybe something your GP suggests since it will (hopefully) help to make you feel less isolated and realise that you're not alone.  Fighting an addiction with support it far easier than fighting one alone.

I'm no expert but I was taking Eph 90mg 3 times daily for around the same amount of time, I really was a prat for doing this. 


I would stop taking it either completely or cut out the Caffine 210mg, asprin 25mg for a few days, Drink plenty of water and cut out all Caffine, This was the cause of my headaches imo as I was drinking energy drinks more than water.

All I can remember is when I stopped I crashed for what seemed like weeks. Was constantly tired.

Started on the ECA stack yesterday, had 1 tab yesterday and moved up to 2 tabs today, i flew through my cardio and sweat was dripping outta me like it was going out of fashion, so i was well happy with the effects.
I didnt feel any jitters or other sides, but you do get a crash from it later on in the day, like i do from most of the pre workouts, so that i can handle.

I used to get eph25 from muscle finesse but they no longer do it. Has it been banned or what?

I havent used them for a couple of years so i am interested to see if they are the same as from memory they were great.

Can anyone id these pills I bought? I asked a guy I know if he could get me Eph from anyone at his gym, he said aye no bother and came back with these. 



They are just plain little pills, no markings at all.

I'm doing this back to front, instead of asking before taking them, I'm asking after spending the afternoon in hospital.

They look like they could be to me mate but who knows without testing them in a laboratory, this is the risk you take when buying UGL products from an untrusted source, well... UGL products full stop to be fair.

I had chest pains, palpitations and couldnt get my breath, my temperture was soaring as well.
When I was lying there hooked up to the machines my temp and blood pressure were going up and down.
They said it was caused by side effects of what I had taken, funny I had a hell of a job explaining what ephedrine was, I'm that used to the term being used in these circles I was suprised noone at the hospital had heard of it.
I was worried it was a blood clot in my lung that was causing the pain cause it came on suddenly, I have a gene that means my blood has a tendency to clot. Its never happened, I only found out when my dad collapsed and they did tests on me.

I'm not new to eph or stimulants, and I had taken some of these last week, even topped up some thermobol I had with one pill in the morning, they didnt seem very strong. I took 2 of these this morning, did 40 minutes on the crosstrainer had breakfast and thats when I began to feel dodgy.
I still feel like I'm buzzing and its midnight, I reckon  some pills must have been more potent than others if thats possible??

Whatever, they are getting flushed down the pan. I think my days of stimulant supplements are over.

I posted a thread with a pic of those exact ones on Monday asking if they were eph also. Its working for weight loss and i am getting a bost of energy. Not had any problems with them apart from a little light headed some times but Im thinking that may be because I am taking 2. Im just going to take one today and see how they are helping with weight loss but if its not as good I will go back to 2.

I've never taken any enhancing drugs before so this info was exactly what i'm looking for. I've just started martial arts and wanted a little boost, just hope this helps.
