ORIGINAL: Reggie Died Partyboy, I was wondering pretty much the same questoin as Allstar, but more specially was wondring the dosage suggestino of Yohinbime in a E/C/Y stack E being 24mg C being 200mg Also, in a E/C/Y stack, should i toss the aspirin or use it in conjunction? Perhaps only use the Y in the first stack of the day, and let the other two consist of E/C/A? (Eph is easier to come by than Yohimbine) Thanks ECY is fairly common. Sorry I don't know the general doses for Y - I've never used or researched it. Perhaps start a thread in the Supps forum

RE: ECA (Epedrine, Caffeine, Aspirin)

ORIGINAL: Allstr921 I have a bunch of fat burning supplements in my house and I want to go on a 5 month cut up because I am recovering from shoulder surgery and want to get back into it. This is what I have available: Clenbuterol Ephedrine Green Tea Extract White Willow bark Yohimbine HCL Caffeine pills A couple of questions I have: What can I stack with the Clens? I wouldn't use anything other than green tea at the same time as clen. In your 'off weeks' you could do Eph, caff, wwb, or ECY. Is it not safe to stack Ephedrine. Caffeine, White Willow Bark, Green Tea Extract and Yohimbine? Probably o.k. - start on moderate dosages and monitor effects. Is it safe to take the Green Tea Extract on a normal basis Yes, many drink green tea instead of 'regular' tea.

I wondered if stackin' eph with that lipo6 stuff by nutrex would be a good idea. It's got synephrine and caf in it.

Wondered if anyone could answer a few questions on ephedrine for me. I've taken it before and didnt see a massive drop in weight but i suppose that was probably due to my diet being a bit rubbish and i wasnt doing much cardio. Anyway, i've just started taking it again and my diet is clean and i'm doing a lot more cardio, 70% to 80% of weight loss off ephedrine is meant to be down to hunger suppression (which i can believe because i never feel like eating when i take it!) should i force myself to eat when i don't feel like eating? Will forcing myself to eat mean that i'm not going to lose much body fat? My body fat is at 16% and i'm looking at getting it down to 10% with the help of a clean diet, cardio and ephedrine. If i did not eat properly then would i not be sacrifcing muscle gains in the process? What does everyone else do when they take ephedrine? Do you guys take it purely for the thermogenic effects or do you skip a lot of meals in the process? Sorry for the long-winded post fellas.

ORIGINAL: mishima Hey PB! What's the diff between ephedrine and synephrine? Synephrine is considered a 'weaker cousin' to ephedrine and is thought to stimulate only beta3 receptors. I wouldn't expect results to be as good as using ephedrine.

ORIGINAL: AndyJay should i force myself to eat when i don't feel like eating? You still need to be eating every 2 or 3 hours to help prevent catabolism and muscle loss. Obviously, the amount of cals required varies between individuals so it is a trial and error situation. If you are not losing as you expect (2lb per week say), reign in your daily calorie intake/increase expenditure. Will forcing myself to eat mean that i'm not going to lose much body fat? Depends on the levels of your intake. Yes you will lose more fat if you eat less, though eating much less will leave you wide open to muscle losses. If i did not eat properly then would i not be sacrifcing muscle gains in the process? Yes you would, hence the need for a sensible approach and gradual fat loss.

SO do you just rely on the thermogenic effects? How much weight loss can be expected from the thermogenic effects of ephedrine?

No, you rely on eph also for the appetite suppression, especially later on in a cut when you crave food from long periods of dieting. This is the reason why its often a good idea to cut naturally first, then add the eph when the going gets tough. The thermic effects are not miraculous. Expect between 3-5% increase in expenditure.

Cheers mate. I've read some about stacking eph with yohimbe but feel a bit shy on synephrine.I don't know what to expect from this combination (vasopro&lipo6), for i don't know if proportions are respected. I'm really foggy on this.

so basically i shouldnt skip any meals and make sure i'm getting the right amount of protein/carbs/fat? I find it hard to eat when on ephedrine and have to force food down, i don't want to skip meals and sacrifice any muscle gains.

Ill admit I had my doubts about this stack before yesterday, since I have tried fatburners before (ephedra free) and most of them never worked. EC is simply effective. I cant comment on the fat burning abilities of the stack, but for energy boost, damn, it feels great :D I was able to squeeze 10 more min of jogging, 1.2 more miles, and 75 extra calories. But the best was that I wasn't tired after my cardio session, I simply stopped because I was bored of running on a treadmill for 55 minutes. Anyway, EC = awesome :D

Perhaps due to increased fluid intake as recommended for eph users? Eph itself actually occasionally causes urination difficulties.

I started my ECY stack yesterday. 1 stacker w/ ephedrine and 1 yohimbine 3 times per day and took one Yohimbine before bed. Waiting for my green tea to get in that i ordered. Might up the Yohimbine to make it alil stronger.

Possibly might know, or ask if they do aspirin at 75mg per tab. That's after you've got passed the 'are they for you', 'have you taken aspirin before' and all the rest of it lol. Failing that, get 300mg tabs and a pill cutter

i was going to pm you this questiong partyboy but feel better to post here in case somene else is in the same situation. Over the last 4 years i have used ECA an hour before a workout to get a boost, probably for 3 out of every 5 workouts. so maybe 4/5 hits of ECA per week. Having just started today the 3 x daily dosage for fat loss purposes would you count my previous years at taking it as a boost as time on? just worried that the 3x daily for 12 weeks could push me into dependency? or is the 1 hit dose for boosts that ive previously used it for negligable?

You should be o.k. I reckon. Might be an idea to come off for 1 week after 6 weeks to see how you get on. Personally, I;ve run it straight 12 weeks without any issues afterwards but everyone's different.

I see a lot of you talking about useing Clen along with the ECA Stack... I did a search on bb.com to see what they would have here in the states... and this is what i've found: CLENbutical Supplement Facts: Serving Size: 2 Capsules Servings Per Container: 50 Amount Per Serving: Coleus Forskohlii 175mg Guarana extract (22% caffeine) 300mg White kidney bean extract 400mg Green tea extract 200mg Citrus aurantium 200mg Cayenne 100mg Ginger root 100mg is this what you are all referring to? and are you taking CLEN in-place of the E (ephedra) or along with the ECA stack? Thanks all!
