Is it safe to drink whilst on Clen? I dont mean regularly, I mean just once! I am going out this weekend and I know that it is the one time I will have a couple of drinks (the rest of the year I am tee-total) but I was wondering if it is safe to do so whilst on Clen..

is ketotifen a prescription drug also then?
as i havent seen it anywhere before, am familiar with clen but not ketotifen.
does it have any other names..?

Ketotifen is an anti-histamine which has a sedative and depressant effect on the brain. It acts by decreasing the release of histamine which is a chemical released when an allergic reaction occurs. Ketotifen blocks the action of histamine on special histamine receptors and reduces the nerve response when an allergic reaction occurs.

Histamine is the chemical in the body that causes the symptoms of an allergic reaction. These can include inflammation of the skin, airways or tissues, rashes, itching and of the skin, eyes or nose, nasal congestion and narrowing of the airways.

By blocking the actions of histamine, ketotifen may prevent and relieve the narrowing of the airways that occurs in asthma due to allergies.

Is it OK to do just Clen 2 weeks on then off then on etc and miss out the ECA ? Im not to keen on Ephadrine seems to be giving me some chest pains.

Absolutely fine mate - there's no problem with that.

Perhaps substitute ECA with a legal ephedra free formulation (though I would imagine the cost/result ratio of such a product to be fairly poor).

Can I ask a question I haven’t seen answered, If running Clen and carb cycling when it comes to the carb load day can I continue my Clen cycle or will it mess up the Insulin sensitivity? Thanks... I'm doing the Ultimate Diet 2.0 and on the re-feed it says to stop taking Clen, but I've only been on it for 3 days so far... I was planning on doing the full 2 week cycle...

im getting on an 8 week clen/ winny cycle.
i will be taking 4 clen tabs a day split up(morning/evening). 5 times a week and 2 days off. is this ok??
thursday and sunday will be my off days

Looking for some help...found out I will have to use clen as no t3 at the moment but.....I was wandering what recommendations anyone could give to possible run with clen e.g. steroid or another product to maximise the fat burning?? I will be doing 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off changing with ECA in between.. looking to loose about 6%bf?

is it safe to do HIIT on clen? or would it be best to do a 3 day weights split with 60mins low intensity cardio inbetween?

There is nothing else. Steroids will not cut you up. tbh, if you can't achieve a decent rate of loss using clen & ECA, then either your training/cardio/diet is lacking, or a combination of the three.

PB, I've been reading a bit on clen on and I know a few others that have a different dosing regimine. They do a 2 days on 2 days off at 60-120mcg. They tend to run the clen for alot more time though, I think they run it for 8weeks. What are your thoughts on that ?

Very new to here. But your write up made me reply. I have seen all of the talk about 2 days on 2 days off. @ weeks on and 2 weeks off. How does clen work if i take it like i read some where else. 10 week cycle taking the following each day and week. 2,2,3,3,4,4,4,3,2,1. I work out 5 days a week and cardio 5 days a week also. All I am looking to do is lose the most amount of fat possible along with my routine workout. I weighed 260 in December and I am now down to 221. And i just started the clen yesterday. Now I am looking for the added boost. I planned on taking it like mentioned above but am open to other options.

Personally I'd wait the full 2 weeks to ensure proper receptor upregulation.

For holding muscle if you are fairly close to "lean" and to provide a dry look to the physique at those low bodyfat levels - then yes. Otherwise I can't really see a point to using it.

are involuntary muscle spasms normal on clen? around day 4 i started noticing small spasms in my shin/calf area, like nerves firing is the best way i can describe it......you can actually see the skin twitching. this went on for a few days and seemed to get worse, also happening in my elbow today, so ive temporarily stopped the clen until i know this isn't something to be concerned about. anyone else experienced this?

When on clen, is taking amoxicillin (antibiotics) at the same time any problem?

There is no interaction with Clen AFAIK

 

just recived my 1st lot of clen. on the box say's their 0.02mg, is this the same as 20mcg
