length of cycle I have been told (rightly or wrongly) that unless you do 6 months on HGH then you are wasting your money. Can you advise a) if this is true and if yes then b) do you need to run steroid cycle for same time or would ususal 8-12 weeks suffice thanks in advance

Im looking to go on HGH there just a few question that i need clarifying. 1) When i first get my kit of HGH would i have to put it straight in the fridge or only when its mixed up with the water? 2) Im looking to put on more mass, will i be losing body fat while gaining muscle while on HGH? 3) Hypotherically speaking can i stay on HGH for 10 years, because there is no need to cycle or am i missing somthing? Thanks

After reading every post in this thread it's got me thinking that I'm not ready for HGH or that I don't need it............ I'm not exceptional big and I don't think the cost is worth the benefits, I would like people opinions on this ? .................... My goal is to add more lean mass and if I go go with HGH id be taking test cyp and either tren a or tren e - will be running this cycle for 13 weeks if I run the tren a I'll run prop with it both for 4 weeks till the test cyp is in full swing................. It's just got me thinking and I need to decide over the weekend , oh I'm 28 I'm 6,4 and 16 stone but my bf is 17%

I have ordered some GH to add onto my current test cycle. Never done it before. Read the excellent and informative article at the beginning of this thread, but am a bit reluctant (scared tbh) to take insulin but could get my hands on some Glucophage. Does anyone know what the correct dose of Glucophage would be at 6iu ed on a 5/2 split? Also, has anyone tried it instead of insulin and, if so, how did you find it?

m8 I would just stick with your test cycle and not mess round with insulin. If you have ordered the growth then up to you if you use it but insulin is dangerous (I realise gear is dangerous if abused) but insulin if not dosed right is even more so.

Totally agree mate and that's why I was looking at Glucophage as an alternative (as per article) as it is not insulin but an oral diabetes medicine that helps control blood sugar levels....as far as I read this dramatically improves the results from the GH. I could just do the GH but as it's so bleedin expensive I just wanted to reap max returns from it.....but in as safe a way as possible.... Edit - my main reason for doing it is to improve the gains from the cycle but also to improve my youthful boyish good lucks :-))))

Hey PB.. can I pick your brains, not sure it its already been covered but 25 pages is alot to read lol My plans are to take hgh for 4 months beginning of the year, is this time period ok or too long? A friend of mine mentioned that 4 months was quite a long time to be on hgh, but then I am sure I have read somewhere that I would need to be on hgh for a reasonable amount of time to feel the proper benefits. Hope you can clear this up for me

I've never taken GH but I'm seriously considering it. I've heard that 2iu a day would be enough for me, I weight 80Kg and have 1,75 of height. After reading the article that said 4 to 6 ius I became a bit puzzled. I got the info from people bigger than that used 2ius a days and achieved great results. What should I do?

Re: RE: Human Growth Hormone

I am thinking of taking HGH. I am turning forty and still quite skinny despite 3 years in the gym. I don't want to put on loads of muscle, so that is why I have avoided t. I am hoping just to put on a bit more muscle and gain some bone density if possible. I know diet and exercise will always be the main thing but the blues that come with hitting 40 has made me curious about taking HGH. Around a couple of years ago I noticed a big drop in my energy levels, enthusiasm and have since been trying to figure out whether this is because of the natural drop in HGH and/or testosterone that comes with growing older. The relative lack of side effects, and injecting subcutaneously as well as the feel good vitality that people report on with HGH makes me feel this may be the way to go despite the cost. Can anyone give me some advice much appreciated.

It really annoys me when people use that line " i don't want to put on loads of muscle " As though it just fvcking happens, like that, with next to no effort.... As though you can put on loads of muscle without really wanting to and working for it.... It takes YEARS AND YEARS of blood, sweat, tears and AAS to get huge mate, you won't do it without trying severely fvcking hard to do so. Anyway, rant over.... hgh isn't for you, mass gains are minimal at best and it's a bit of an expensive option to take to perk your mood and energy levels up a bit, try a cup of coffee..... If i were you i'd get down to the docs and request a hormone test and tell him about your decreased energy levels, poor mood and geenral lethargy, he might be able to identify the problem.

Fair enough. I am a noob to all this. The thing about GH is that I keep reading how good it actually is for mood, energy and even sleeping which I have a problem with working nights. Your probably right. Diet and proper training is the way forward for me. I doubt my GP will do anything about my lack of energy or mood apart from anti-D's which have absolutely no effect on me, if anything they make me more lethargic and I have tried a fair few in my time. Still tempted to try GH though just to see for myself what the fuss is about.

Hi, I was wondering if you or anyone could help me, Im 27, 80kg and have been an athlette most of my life. Ive never taken steroids or any performance enhancing drugs etc. but am very interested in HGH for its Joint and ligament strengthening benifits as my joints are destroyed from years of verious things and have tendonitis in my forearms. im not really interest in any size gains, just to repair my body so i can continue to do the things i love. Has anyone noticed HGH having positive effects on old injuries etc? and what kind of dose should i take?? thanks.

Well for anyone looking to get some type of anti-aging benefits from human growth hormone, it is possible. Some things you can do on your own to increase it are make sure you get quality and long nights sleep. This is when HGH is made mostly. You can utilize many benefits by taking growth hormone like feeling how you did before all you joints were tore up with sports. It depends on what type of supplement you get it from though. Some may offer you nutrients or benefits like amino acids to help you even more. Just do your research to find something that fits you.

Some may offer you nutrients or benefits like amino acids to help you even more. Please post medical study data to corroborate what you are claiming here.

That information/article is fantastic! Thanks Raven/Party boy. I have never tried Growth or insulin, i'd love to, but i have some reservations...... I'd **** myself using insulin! Arent you supposed to eat a ton of carbs after a shot? Any information or idots guide would be appreciated here from anyone...... Also, if i did a cycle of gear with Growth and insulin am i looking for dramatic gains.....the only reason i ask is because i gain ok and only do small cycles of gear.....strange problem but if i explode in size my employers would be forcing a piss test on me!

Welcome Harry It would be beneficial, but benefit derived from HGH is really quite limited, especially from a cost/benefit aspect. imo it is better to use it during a hard cutting period, rather than a mass gain goal.

I am debating weather to use HGH or not, i idealy want to run it for 12 month minimum. I would be cycling different AAS with it, getting mixed views from people who have being in the game alot longer than me some saying dont waste your time just run AAS. Can anyone justify if there is any point in running GH other than the obvious.

Unless you're competing or earning a wage/kudos from your performance then dont bother. It's the cherry on the cake and for most it isnt necessary and is a needless added expense, up your dose of aas if you must or use ghrp6 as a much cheaper alternative. That said most wont listen and will go ahead and run it anyway then rave over the very limited results that it produces with regards to muscle gains to justify them spending the money on it... its rife on the internet and it's a load of bollocks. Plenty of cheaper ways to produce similar results. So unless you've got the cake to stick to the cherry on and need to do it.... don't... that's my advice.

hello I read the first 19/20 pages of this thread then took a look at the original one posted by raven (which i read before). I read some comments throughout that the effects on HGH is not very noticable without using a steriod in conjuction as well, but the below "ranking" doesnt seem to conform to this unless its ranked along with taking a steriod? I dont strictly go to the gym, maybe 2/3 times a week as my main focus is mma. My diet for cutting to make weight gets the job done and I dont feel (from mirror basis) that I loose any muscle. So my question is if the below rating is accruate without a steriod surely HGH would be beneficial for me? Saw this on another board and thought it was some pretty good information on using HGH. Growth Hormone Rating: (1 being the lowest, 5 being the highest) Strength-4 Weight Gain-4 Fat Loss-4 Side Effects-2 Keep Gains--4
