ORIGINAL: dave100 does hgh have any effect on your teeth?? iv been on it for about 3 months or so and my molars have started to get pretty gappy. I've been on the growth for two weeks now. Also running 80mcg igf1 daily, 250mg sus and 250mg deca every three days. Since going on the growth I've noticed I'm shi**ing for England, eating for England and can't drink enough water. I get the bit about the eating but I'm always thirsty Is this normal? I'm running 3iu daily. I'm drinking more than on eph. On another note, is there such places as where you can get gear tested?

There's no denything there are risks and uncertainties. Its all down to personal choice and whether those possible risks are acceptable to the potential user. PAW, can't say I notice an increase in thirst tbh. Email member Baywatch as he knows where to send for testing, though its not particularly cheap! If you are concerned about the legitimacy of your HGH then there are signs/steps that can be taken to then assume authenticity. 1) Your source must be good 2) Test the product with a standard Pregnancy kit from the chemist. If it shows "Pregnant" you have been shafted with HCG. 3) Expect to experience sensations of numbness, tingling in the hands, especially upon waking though this can take time to become apparent and is not witnessed by all users.

Cheers for that bud. Its just that I've aquired some from a proven source at a too good to be true price. I tried a box cost free, and seem to be having the symptoms I've had before off the hgh ie the numness/ pins and needles ect plus this thirst thing. Even though I'm on the test I've started looking closer, and my appetite has now gone through the roof again. If this would be a steady supply it would be worth getting tested, will have to check.

Guys, I have been getting the same effects from taking GABA. My hands are completely numb when I wake up. I have to move onto my side and then the circulation comes back to my hands almost instantly. I think it is down to new tissue growth around the nerves making it easier for the nerves to become compressed when lying on them. GABA increases HGH, so that explains why it too has been causing my hands to feel completely numb when I wake. I'm interested in trying HGH, GABA has thickened the skin on my face nicely, which I presume is down to the increase in HGH and growth factors. Does anyone know if down regulation will occur whilst on HGH? I have had to increase my dosage of GABA because of gradual down regulation of the receptors. Does HGH cause down regulation aswel or can you take HGH indefinately without a loss of responsiveness to it or a need to increase dosage? What is the longest that anyone has been on a cycle of HGH and why couldn't it be used for years on end without cycling? Thanks.

Anyone? Does external HGH cause down regulation of receptors or does it just decrease natural HGH secretion?

Split it into 2 doses mate, one in the morning and afternoon. Anytime really. Once you've done your morning shot just put it back in the fridge until your afternoon shot. Oh yeah I think your gonna need more gh than that to get results bud

Hi I am very new to body building and also new to this excellant forum, and have started at the ripe old age of 40 years old, after 2 many years of abusing my body with junk foods and drink etc, i have been on a healthy diet for almost a year now and shedded nearly 8 stone in body weight and have started to tone up nicely working out 5 days a week, my weight loss has now come to a stand still no matter how hard i seem to work and my calorie intake is very low using a diet i was given from my dietitian in conjunction with my training program, i have just started taking Ansomone GH at 4 iu's per day as this was recommended to me by a friend for weight loss, what i would really like to know is will GH help me to lose that extra 20lbs i need to lose or is there a better and more effective weight loss enhancer without the price of the Ansome GH i could use, i would be very grateful for any advice and once again Fantastic Forum! Thanks TAGG

Welcome to MT ORIGINAL: tagg i have just started taking Ansomone GH at 4 iu's per day as this was recommended to me by a friend for weight loss, what i would really like to know is will GH help me to lose that extra 20lbs i need to lose No. Forget about GH for fat loss. Yes, it happens, but the effects are generally slight and on a cost/fat loss ratio, GH is horrendous. Firstly, visit the diet forum to ensure that your diet is spot on. Please do this as I've seen plenty of "expert" derived diets and they are truly awful. Not saying this is the case here, but worth a second opinion. Then consider using an Ephedrine based product. Details can be found here: http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/m_155953/tm.htm

A good ECA stack always works with a good diet and plenty of cardio. I started Ansomone last Monday at 4iu ed, haven't noticed anything as of yet though

I obtained some 10 i.u. jintropin recently. When I reconstituted I wanted to do a dose and when I pulled out enough to reach the 4 mark on a slin syringe it seemd like it had only taken out about 10% og the vial. Should I disregard the marks on the side of the syringe and just shoot half of the vial or is there some formula to use to know how many units you are using?

ORIGINAL: minor athlete Should I disregard the marks on the side of the syringe and just shoot half of the vial Yes, disregard. Using half is the easiest way with Jin and you'll get 5IU per shot. Dilutent is 1ml with Jin so you need to shoot 0.5ml for 5IU.

First time poster. Great site and lots of good info. I have been working out since 16 and am now 26. I have been in the military as well, so I am no stranger to proper training. My best at 5'9" was a lean (~5%) at 175. Recently, work and school have taken their toll on my time for the gym. I put on an additional 25lbs of fat. My trainer suggests HGH with my ECA to get some better gains and fatloss while increasing cardio a bit. I have been debating this for several weeks now, including the cost factor. My gains are not nearly as they were in my early 20's, but I am not convinced I have leveled off yet. I read through this thread and haven't heard a whole lot that makes hgh seem worth the expense. As partyboy put it as the "cherry" on the cake. I am not looking for miracles, just to get back what I had and a bit more. Side effects are always a concern, so a roid supplement seems more risky, right?? I am not looking into a long-term alternative, just a quick pick me up. Should I be considering a different approach, for a 2-3 month time frame? Suggestions please....

Welcome. HGH is not appropriate for you. You need to first establish what is your immediate goal: Muscular gain, or Fat loss, and tailor your diet, cardio, and perhaps drug use toward that particular goal.

ORIGINAL: PartyBoy Welcome. HGH is not appropriate for you. You need to first establish what is your immediate goal: Muscular gain, or Fat loss, and tailor your diet, cardio, and perhaps drug use toward that particular goal. My most immediate goal is fat loss. I am taking an ECA stack and have up'd my cardio to 30 min. session after weights and 30 minutes before bedtime. I am lifting moderate weight with more reps and following a super-set routine to keep my heart rate up. (..and not spend forever in the gym). I don't burn fat as well as I used to. My diet is decent but not strict, still no fast food though. I know the diet, cardio, and rest are the biggest peices to the puzzle. After I trim down I will be looking for some better gains in size/strength. I just can't stand not having abs for beach time weather. I assume my trainer's recommendation for hgh is for its fat loss properties, while slightly increasing some lean muscle. I realize it is hard to do both significantly at the same time. So PB, is the diet, ECA stack and cardio my best option now? Wait on the hgh until some size gains come into the picture? Thanks!

Yes, HGH is a long way down the road. MIght be an idea to get your diet looked over in the diet forum. Also, ignore any advice regarding higher reps and fat loss, its a load of bollox. Go hard and heavy - the benefits are twofold: 1) Muscular overload will stimulate muscular growth (or at least offset muscular atrophy). The more muscle you have, the greater amount of calories you will burn at rest. 2) Its probable that you will burn more calories during a hard, heavy session than a higher rep moderate one. Heavy training requires a tremendous amount of energy (calories). Therefore, leave the light/moderate higher reps to the January gym newbies who will believe anything that is said to them.

I guess I will stick to diet, ECA, and cardio for now while I transition back to heavier wieghts. I hope I can see the results I need to in 8 weeks or less. I will update in a few weeks on progress and be back in a few months for some more beneficial supplements for muscle gains. Current weight 205 lbs, body fat 20%.(pinch test, so may not be completely accurate) Hopefully this info may be useful to others in my situation and save some money. Thanks PB for the advice! My wallet thanks you too!

Partyboy - me and the wife are still using HGH after 6 months on (had 1 month off over xmas) and we have found quite good fat loss over that time with improved skin, sleep and general well being, my wife was going to take Insulin on top to help her Femur mend from an open fracture (2 years now!) but we decided the risk was not worth it, flipside of this however is that she has just had to have a bone graft (sp) and is on some big pain killers as you can imagine (they are quite trippy) can you tell me if it is ok for her to carry ontaking her HGH whilst on these? they are :oxycodone Chloride (pain killers) & Metoclopramide (for the sickness caused by the pain killers) Some pointers on this would be really good for her at the moment as she is getting really down about having to let all her hard work go. Big Thanks! Nick

On a winter bulking cycle is it worth considering running HGH for 4 months (maybe 6) @ 4iu a day (2iu morning around breakfast, 2iu evening) combined with 400mg primo PW, 500mg tren eth and 500mg test et (or maybe sust)? Cycle would look like:- Weeks 1-12 500mg Test E/or Sust (front loading with 1000mg) Weeks 1-10 500mg Tren E (front loading with 1000mg) Weeks 1-15 400mg Primo (front loading with 800mg) Weeks 1-16 4IU HGH ED (weekends off) Using long esters as my current tren ace/test cycle is pissing me off with all the injections
