I know that's going to be the case. I'm not getting together stuff for my 12 week PT client assessment thingy and alot of it is bllx as there is so much 'criteria' to cover in one session that it really is just jumping through a hoop....never mind...I can jump for now! Now I'm not saying I am a know all and learning nothing because I am and that's great but as you say Flick how much you will actually use is debateable! And as for REPs....just don't get me started!!!!!!! lol

Was joined today by Mr Booth who spotted me through chest and then we did some wee bi's.

I'm planning on shipping em in by the fcking bus load hahahahaha, having strategically placed hairy ass bikers around the venue with Support Tan Or Else Tshirts on lol.

Paul is doing Tampa & Connecticut Pro Shows (202) and we actuallu start dieting on the same day so our household is going to be full of love and laughter all summer.

Make sure you rehab properly and you'll be fine. Nice a slow and steady x

Daz - will try to keep it interesting lol

Flick - I use a bar and don't have the decline too steep...probably only 20-30 degrees. But not everything works for everyone so just have a bit of a play. I really rate decline BB press especially for is wee busted gals...ask Kitty she only just commented on my busticles...in fact I'm sure she gave em a prod lol, on Sunday and I'm still in Acup bras.

Hello there, really sorry to butt in...decline press...head lower than legs on the bench and pressing straight up with the barbell?..as opposed to a straight bench press....(sorry, the A cup got my attention...that's me too)...

NG - yes decline = head lower.
Fi - Most people make the mistake of having the angle on decline or incline too acute and to shift the angle and how the exercise hits the pecs the change does not have to be huge.

Legs....

BB Squats
3 x warm ups
100kg x 6
90kg x 8
Leg Press
3 x warm up
445kg x 6 x 2
Hack Squat
2 x warm up
60kg x 8,6
Squat Machine
1 x warm up
150kg x 8,8
Lying Ham Curl
3 x warm up
50lb x 6,6
Seated Ham Curl
2 x warm up
100lb x 8,6
SLDL
3 x warm up
80kg x 8
90kg x 6

That was pretty much it! Tough and fun! Love doing legs!

Great! hope you don't live to regret that kind thought...lol....and, and,...on the boob front...I have been doing decline bench presses since I read that it was good for small boobed personages...and I can report that I am still small boobed but inspect myself very carefully in the mirror after every session to encourage a hint of a cleavage to show itself!....lol....I think maybe I'll stop doing that in the gym tho'....maybe cause for some concern for the bods in there...lol...also?...lol...I have discovered if I stand in front of the mirror and do my arms like that bloke who turns into a green monster when he's angry...and really tense up I can feel muscle right across the front...EEEEK!!!!...my boobs are on the comeback trail..whoo hooo...but as muscle?...errrm...ahem...time to go?...just checking....blame yourself!  lolol.....seriously tho' thanks....

Re: RE: It's Just a Ride! - 01 August 2010 14:30
Awe nice welcome back!

Ok update in rapido then we will try to get into the swing of things.
As of today I am 8 weeks out from UKBFF Leeds qualifier. As most of you know I am not a girlie girl so have picked physique class even though I will be majorly outmassed but I figure I may only ever do this once in my life so I may as well do it in a way I will enjoy.

I am prepping myself with feedback input from Mr G and a couple of other trusted eyes but diet, training etc has been pretty much my own plan of action but I have been getting supps advice from some other sources and then making my own decision on them.

So dietwise I am carb cycling
Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat - Low
Tues, Thurs - Med
Sun - High

Training -
Mon - Legs
Tues - Shoulders n Tris
Wed - Abs, calves
Thurs - Back, glutes
Fri - Chest, bis
Sat - nowt
Sun - Abs

Cardio - Min 1hr45mins - 2 hrs Mon - Fri
Sat/sun - 50mins - 90mins

I started off around 74kg and am now 67.5-68kg and this has not changed in around 5/6 weeks but I am getting leaner - again feedback from trusted eyes and progress pics have confirmed this for me.

Well that I reckon is it for now, any questions?

Flick - so far so good! Interesting to see which parts are leaning out before others but seems to be chipping off everywhere although looks like dreaded legs coming in last...abbage was through 1st!

NG - the plan was always to just go for it with cardio rather than end up chasing my fat ass towards the end!

Micky - thanks....tried to post a pic but seems I am dummer than dumb and couldn't work out how to do it lol
