Plank hold for 5:11, but I doubt I should count it as my elbows bent in a bit for the last minute or so, giving me a little bit of support where my biceps pressed against my chest.

I do more 10km/6m runs, a suggestion for another running competition perhaps ? My pb is 42 mins if so.

Just did the 100 burpee challenge; Time is 7:43.
Diet, workout x6 a week (40-60minutes a day) and sitting for 10-16+ Hours a day! EXPERIMENT DONE, Did I improve or worsen? Find out at Page 6

4 min 28 for the PLANK.
I don't do 2000m sprints on the Concept 2, however - I have completed 8178m in 30 mins precicesly.  I put the dampener on level 10 because I need the weight to pace myself.  Managed only 51 press ups in one minute :(  You ppl who bust out over 60 got some badass **** going on there - much respect.  I manage 13 max overhand pull ups without letting go.  For the record - I'm 197.5 cm, 113kg.

Beep test today I got level 11 shuttle 2.
Concept 2 2000m, my best time was a few years ago, 6:45.8 at uni.  Best in competition was 6:52.1 at the BIRC (lightweight men).
