Beep test today I got level 11 shuttle 2. Concept 2 2000m, my best time was a few years ago, 6:45.8 at uni. Best in competition was 6:52.1 at the BIRC (lightweight men).

Oh nice thread - some good rowing times. Impressed! Hardly anyone under 8mins. Thats good considering most people I know and see in the gym run miles away from the rower. Its the toughest cardio machine. Mines 7min 27 (nearly died) I guess it suits taller people not shorties like me My plank 6min 35sec Chins 19 Cant do any running - have Achilles Tendonitis Not done the push ups yet

I did the bleep test again today and got level 12 shuttle 0, quite an improvement. I'd have preferred to do it without the traffic though.

loving this thread. only managed 13 on the power cleans and I was breathing out my arse! I'll go for a 3 miler tomorrow and might try out the 100 burpees when I'm done. edited to add: just tried the "magic 50" and I'm now astonished by some of those times. It took me 16.50!! I've got to get my act together here.

Why not have a try at the Army's fitness test? Press Ups in 2mins (U35s aim for 72) Sit Ups in 2mins (U35s aim for 77) 1.5 Mile Run (U35s aim for <8min 15sec) This will give you 100 points on each event, and thus make you eligible for the '300 club'...

Good thread this... 2009 - 5km in 21.21 (which is 200m over a 3 miler, but i dont expect a discount on the time!) Had an 18.00 dead in 2007, but i guess this is not recent enough!... Add me in, cheers JWB

Static Spin Bike I did 20 minutes at an average cadence of 112 and did 11 miles... I didn't know about this challenge, so will get my bike out and get ten miles planned out.. The others I will not stand a chance just yet... I'd like to add, I wasn't even trying... sat upright at the time talking to a buddy..

Yesterday I tried out the Pressups in a minute and plank hold with a friend. Pressups in 1 minute was 76. Plank Hold was only 2minutes 6 seconds... (pathetic).. Friends results were Pressups in 1 minute was 80 Plank hold was 5minutes 24 seconds...

Great thread. Really interesting to see different people's times and results. The most I've ever knocked up for chin-ups is 22 but that was months ago. Will defo give all of these a try in the coming weeks.
