      Did 13 Chins the other day - not particularly proud of this but it's a start I suppose...

      Will try again soon - hopefully will increase as body weight drops a bit.

                  first time I've tried it, and I did a plank for 5.10
                  could have kept going too, but my arms were too tired after bench night.
                  I find it hard to believe too...

                    Plank hold for 5:11, but I doubt I should count it as my elbows bent in a bit for the last minute or so, giving me a little bit of support where my biceps pressed against my chest.

                    And yes, I was just trying to beat DaKensta

                            fantastic thread, great for motivation. i'll give some of them a go imminently

                            I do more 10km/6m runs, a suggestion for another running competition perhaps ? My pb is 42 mins if so.
