Did my 15min rowing on LifeFitness rower last night and noticed that 2km was done in about 4min
I am not mentioning this in order to be allowed an unassailable time on the leaderboard
...more to make the point that it does make a difference what you are rowing on.

nice press ups, i tried to better my score the other day and got nowhere near

i see integra is getting beaten on a bodyweight exercise, this will impress him

i was also going to do the power cleans one the other day until i realised that i couldnt actually power clean 60% of my bodyweight

one of my goals is to get top 3 in all the events.

Its a genuine ponderer - meet at a running track or book a sportshall , bleep test , burpees , cuddling would be a day of mega punishment

I managed 8.24 on the magic 50 - the magic 50 and burpee challenge arent very popular , i emplore you to try atleast one of these , the burpees are cracking and require no kit or travelling , just move the kitchen table !!!

Quite a few thins i fancy having a go at, never done cleans before so should be a good challenge, the rowing and running challenge sounds like fun too.

Problem is i cant do BW chins with overhand grip last time i tried

Plank hold - 3:00
Run 3M - 19:10 - this was part of a half-marathon so I should be able to run it a bit quicker as a one-off!!!

Will try and have a crack at the chin-ups some time, too!

i am 18, 70kg, 5ft 7

i desperately want to get up there for something like chins, its just my scores are sh1te!

Plank hold 5.02 Top of the leader board

I thought I was going to do about 3 mins. Got to 3.00 and was like well to come second I only need to hold on a little longer. 3.30 went and I was shaking like mad. Knew first place was about 4.30 so kept it on a little longer.

Someone beat it so I can go for 6 mins

Bench - 140kg
Squat - 180kg
Deadlift - 180kg

Guessing I'm wrong then. I always thought marines did those sort of chins, because I saw it on a vid, training for the army. Mabie they were taining for something else.

So we have to do solid, clean chins then with no swinging at all?
