best prohormone for lean mass?

as the title says

in your experiences whats best for lean mass gains in say a 12week cycle?

You wont find a ph that you can run for 12 weeks dude.
most are 4 weeks.
Superdrol is good for mass can have some harsh sides tho..

dont know about pro hormones but for designer steroids epistane or haldrol but probably not for 12 weeks.

do prohormones actually work at all? or is it just crap supplements to make money?

designer steroids such as epistane/epidrol etc and superdrol/genetic sd etc among a few others are exactly the same as 'illegal' steroids in terms of effectiveness, they are legal because of loopholes in the law not becuase they dont work.
for many of us that use 'illegal' steroids the real legal steroids just provide other options as part of a cycle (or as the cycle).

I think some of you fellas could do with researchign the subject and finding out the difference between pro-hormones and steroids.Superdrol is not apro-hormone it's a very potent oral designer steroid.

Ojay knows the difference between steroids and pro hormones. I think he is genuinly asking which pro hormone is most effective as he already has a good knowledge of OTC steroids.

my reply was to shefjam to be clear, tbh i cant really see an arguement for running a pro hormone when you can run a designer steroid.

Me neither, unless you wanted to compete naturally and the particular organization banned the particular deseigner steroid but not the said pro hormone.

wouldnt bother with prohormones, although they do convert to the target hormone alot of them have low convertion rates and poor delivery.

pro hormones use your bodys enzymes to convert into steroids unfortunately they also convert into estorgen etc, a pro steroid i.e epistane sdrol etc are already an active steroid and do not need to undergo a conversion.

Back to the original question I think 19-nordiol stacked with 4-ad transdermal gave pretty good results. I had a mate who stacked 1,4-AD with 4-AD TD and visibly grew over a 8 week cycle.

Or did you mean DS/Legal Gear rather than prohorhormones?

Shefjam illigal injectables dont have to be the most effective. Legal oral steroids are very potent.

4 weeks on Superdrol will give more gains then any other steroid unstacked. Ive read its stronger than Dianabol.

Dont get confused. Companies advertize Superdrol as a pro hormone for legal reasons only. It dosent take away its existence as a strong steroid. If a company advertizers a sausage roll as a hot dog it dosent change the fact that you will be buying and eating a sausage roll no matter what it says on the receipt.

I was thinking of getting phera-vol for my next cycle, is that a PH or DS?

Have a look at PheraPlex. It's, in mass gain and sides terms, somewhere between SuperdooperDrol and Epistane. ihawk sells a clone of it on his site.

Adil once said it was like this:
SD: strength-7 mass-7 sides-7 liver/lipid safe-2 water retention-3
PP: strength-5 mass-6 sides-3 liver/lipid safe-4 water retention-5

So, much lower sides and liver/lipid safe but 'wetter' compound. I'd love to know how Adil rates Epistane, just to compare.

You're not wrong there. But taking into account lipids and sides maybe another compound would be a little more conservative?
Not sure where HaloDrol would fit in with this discussion?

im thinking sd....but not sure i like the idea of water retention....may go for winny as a steroid though

sd is pretty dry mate, pheraplex/ergomax are "wetter" compounds.

what no bloat?
