900g of diced cooked chicken at iceland for £3.50
Its really convenient as it just needs heating through.
Also as it is already cooked and therefore contains less water, the protein per 100g is 24.5g as opposed to 20g or so of protein per 100g of raw chicken breast.

Does anyone know how much all the supermarkets charge for tinned tuna?
At the moment Morrisons are doing 4 Princes in Brine for £2.99 but I think that is on offer.

Apart from that Tesco deal above does anyone know how much tuna is in places like Lidl, Aldi etc?

For anybody that eats plenty of steak - i recently went to my local farm shop and asked if they could do me a discount if i buyed in bulk.

I basically ended up coming away with a whole cow rump - £50 which give me 23 BIG steaks.

Works out alot cheaper than buying from shops/supermarkets.

on going offer at tescos.......

They do bags of steak (rump/sirl/fillet) in the meat/steak section in air tight bags.....normally get about 6-7 steaks for around £7-8.

.....has made me hate steak tho :(

Also, once a month or so they do bags of frozen chicken about 6 breasts for around £3, which are really convieniant (sp? lol) when getting 2 breasts out over night to defrost in zipper bags :)

Ain't gonna get big being small

Also i may aswell let people know this

But when i was in asda this weekend i was going to get my usual oats but noticed next to them was a bigger 1KG bag of asdas own brand for 58p!!! anyway i thought the reason they were cheaper is because of the quality but when i checked out the nutritional chart on the back they are 100% exactly the same as all other oats...got 2 bags for the price i would usualy buy one for. Worth a shout!

Did they cut the cows arse for you when you bought all of that steak?  Or were you just left with a cows arse in the freezer.  Somehow i dont think my missus would go for the arse in the freezer!

They are doing £5 off 12 pack maximuscle promax bars in costco from 27th Dec-17th Jan.

Should bring them to just under £1 a bar  £11.89.

Also the maximuscle diet bars are the same price.
