Burgen Soya & Linseed bread 95p each at Wilkinsons.

Handy if you buy 3 or 4 and have room to freeze them

I noticed Iceland doing 450g of diced frozen chicken for £2 a bag, not a bad price. Can probably get 2-3 servings per bag and saves the hassle of cutting it up.

I regularly buy cooked chicken and turkey deli meat from my local cheap shop (B&M) it's only 99p for 200g and tastes great. 80% chicken/turkey. Doesn't state the protein content on the label but i'm sure its more than enough for one meal.
