simply everyday foods we all use in our diets. Just post up the item, the store, price, length of deal and where abouts you are in the UK or abroad, along with any other conditions and information

Tesco (maybe just the extra stores) are selling Weider 50g protein drinks for £1.99, £1 off. I have seen the Chocolate and Strawberry flavours, they had some other Weider and Maximuscle products reduced as well.

my 2 favourite offers at sainsburys (they are on-going): 2x500 packs of free range turkey mince for £4 (2.39 if bought individually). The pack says it has 31g protein, and only 4g fat per 100g. So thats 310g protein for just 4 pounds! 400g chicken liver for 99p. 80g protein for just 1 pound. Maybe not to everyone's taste but for me they are delicious! (i'll post my recipe later on)

Those Weider shakes taste absolutely horrible, its like drinking mud with some sugar thrown in. Not worth £2 a bottle thats for sure.

noticed today morrisons do large tins of tuna (400g) for £1.39, pretty good price and only means opening and draining one tin for a decent amount of fish
I wish I was more attractive like Dagless.

Somerfield are doing 200g of youngs smoked salmon for £3, nice treat.
I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the darkness at Tan Hauser Gate. All those moments will be lost in time like tears in rain. Time to die
