did some stuff on monday, front squats, rows, shrugs, curls low rest time tonight Front squats bar/8 bar/8 40/5 40/5 60/5 60/5 deads 100/3 140/2 160/1 180/2 grips letting me down so will have to start doing something about that pull downs 50/8 50/8 70/8 80/8 DB shrugs 55/10 + 15s hold db curls 10/6 20/6 20/6 10/15 done will do some slightly heavier fronties on monday with heavy back assistance work, no deads. bench sunday hopefully, dont know weight or reps yet, my left shoulders giving me lots of grief for no reason.

I think my shoulder might be linked to front squats in some way, the pain there started when i started going to the gym again. bench, 1min rest, first paused 46/5 46/5 46/5 2min 70/2 80/2 90/2 100/1 switch to close grip 70/3 80/3 90/3 wide 70/10 close grip felt much better on my shoulder, so i`ll leave heavyish wide grip alone for a while now i think

Gym has been shut and ive felt **** so no leg or back work. yesterday bench, first rep paused cgbp 1min 46/5 46/5 46/5 2min rest 70/5 first and last paused 80/5 80/5 80/5 wide grip 60/5 60/5 60/5 shoulder still clicking with close grip, but not with a very wie grip, going to drop bench to once a week and stay lighter with more reps see if it sorts itself or not

back squat, low bar fairly wide bar/5 bar/5 40/5 40/5 60/5 60/5 60/5 just getting my groove, i`ll stay very light with these till every rep is spot on. deads 60/3 100/3 140/3 160/3 low cable row 30/10 30/10 30/10 db row 30/10 40/10 i decided to test the bench`s at the gym, they are a lot wider than the one i use at home, so i thought they may give me more support and put my shoulder in a better position. bar/10 bar/10 40/10 60/5 70/3 80/3 90/3 all touch and go, no discomfort or clicking, so i`ll be benching again on fridays gym session. db curls 15/5 20/5 20/5 leg raises 10 10 Plans Bench, work up to 3x5 at something like 70-75kg, will progress week on week with 3 top sets at either 5,3,2,1 next session, deads 170/3, light back squats beforehand. wide grip cable rows, same grip as bench be doing some yoga/pilates stuff on off days

Warm up for shoulders, some stretching, light front and side raises bench, touch and go 1min rest bar/10 40/10 60/5 80/5 80/5 80/5 60/20 all sound, next time i go to 5`s i`ll go 82.5 think i`ll go for 3x3 next time, 90kg back squats bar/5 40/5 60/5 60/5 60/5 deads 60/3 100/3 150/2 170/3 comfortable, maybe 5-6 there, i`ll try 180 next time calf machine, sets of 10 jumping 2 weights per set working up to the stack db curls 10/10 10/5 17.5/5 24/5 15/10 10/10 leg raises 8 8 8 think thats about everything mondays session, i`ll either go for speed work at 60kg on bench, or a high rep session. back squats, may push those sets up to 80kg no deads, maybe some speedy sets depending how tender i feel db rows

No squats to warm up as ive got sunburn on my shoulders. low cable row 30/10 30/10 30/10 deads 60/3 100/3 140/1 170/1 190/3 plus a hold - all time pb, i think a 4th was there Bench - very uncomfortable due to sunburn! firstly did some front and side raises bar/10 40/10 60/3 80/3 92.5/3 92.5/3 92.5/3 monday 3x5@85 pull ups/5 DB shrugs 40/10 55/20 db curls 10/5 15/5 24/5 calf raises 4/10 8/10 12/10 15(stack)/13 quite happy with that, dont know what to do on deads next friday, max, or reps at 200, i`m wondering if i could push 3 out of it.

Front squat bar/10 40/5 40/5 60/5 60/5 bench, touch and go bar/10 40/10 60/5 85/3 100/3 100/3 100/3 most ive done for a single is 105, so i`m in for a decent pb. db incline 28/13 deads 60/3 100/3 140/1 160/1 180/1 200/1 210/1 - pb low cable row 30/10 30/10 db curls 15/5 20/5 20/5 20/5 15/ dont know called it at that, pretty worn out need to work towards a max single on bench shortly, got to be 110-112.5 in there, arnt sure how to go about it. Very happy with the dead pb, will drop the weight back, few sets at 120kg next week, then probs build up in 3's from 170/180/190/200. Also start pushing squats up now.

that bench is a fairly decent pb aswell, i think my max single is 103, very interested to see what i can max at now
