loosing fat - 19 July 2008 17:52
hi guys is there any supplements whether 'over the counter or under the counter' that can help me loose weight, i currently do weight traing as well as a small amount of time doing cardio, but need that extra push, i was looking at nutrex lipo 6 or muscletech hydroxycut hardcore or if not clenbuterol, but i am finding it hard locating clenbuterol, i am currently cutting down on junk food and limiting my eating claories.. so any suggestions people...

unforunatly theres no magic pill mate aslong as youve got a decent diet and training routine the weight will drop off! its all about consistancy.

Fat burners work in different ways but mainly all rely on the same form of ingredients to increase your heart rate/bodytempreture slightly thus causing a higher expenditure of calories burnt through the day.

Muscle Hydroxycut Hardcore & Lipo 6x are 2 good products at the top but you also have some very good products about from the likes of Gaspari Nutrition with Cytolean and NXLabs with Methyl Ripped Hardcore!

Obviously these are all legal and can be purchased without problem the next step above these would be your EPH/ECA stack fat burners which can be a little harder to come about!

I think its better if you post your stats and goals first... I think CV everyday is rather drastic but it depends on what your weight is etc etc.

Stimerex es is good, but as the guys have already said, cardio and diet is key. Things like clen will work, but if your not then your just waisting your money

Like people have said, change the small amount of time of CV to more regular CV. Dont get lazy and resort to supplements thinking their going to just burn the fat away.Good luck!
