Few questions for you: How do you find cardio while on test, would there be any problems doing 4-5 sessions a week with regards to pumps etc? Do you think test can be used successfully on a cut? Would you consider going back using pro hormones again or would you now consider them a thing of the past? Thank you...

Only did cardio once a week-40mins cross trainer....didn't get any pumps. I don't know,I guess so aslong as diet is strict and cardio is plenty, I plan to find out in summer. I would use designer steroids againbut only SD though

Bench Press 60kg 1x10 100kg 1x7 (PB!) 100kg 1x5+4 Partials 80kg 3x7 60kg 1x8 Incline DB Press 26kg 1x8 26kg 2x6 DB Flys 20kg 3x8 Cable Crossover/Press 30kg 1x10 40kg 2x8 smashed my previous bench PB by a fair way, must have been a fluke, session only took about 35 minutes because I was training by myself, high volume and high intensity, just the way I like it

Back this evening, had alot of rage pent up due to the coursework I'm currently doing...stress aint the word. Deadlifts 60kg 1x5 100kg 1x5 140kg 1x5 180kg 1x4 180kg 1x4 160kg 1x4 140kg 1x7 Lat Pulldowns 90kg 3x8 90kg 1x6 60kg 1x10 T-Bar Row 60kg 1x12 80kg 4x10 Seated Row (machine) 80kg 4x8 got workout, back was like jelly, deadlifts are still strong 4 weeks after cycle which is good also had a weigh in, 14st12lbs so a drop of 4lbs since the last weigh in, to be expected IMO as long as I stay above 14st8lbs I think I'll be happy

Nice to see you keeping it up esp with the mooting. Had to take a week off training myself. Feel free now it's over though ;) I'm guessing yours will be in for mon? after the pleadings it'll be pretty much feel like a week off, with no guilt not preparing for the other sems with such a good excuse. That's what I told my self anyway. Had to stop myself buying ff too until after the exams but I might not be able to wait that long. What's it like?

yeah mines in for monday, can't say i'm looking foreward to it. have you already done your presentation, mine isn't till the 25th which is annoying as it means I can't go to final Ocean hahah, your stronger willed then I am then, it's ok, taking a whileto get to the root of the story, I'm currently 7 hours in...not as good as FFX IMO and the battle system is pretty weird but I'm enjoying it.

Yep, mine was the first Wednesday. Can't stand ocean, haven't been since Kinki Christmas. You've got to be blind drunk to go, which I did well I think. Maybe, it is breaking though! I've looked at prices as I'm still in the ps2 era. It's £240 for an elite with the game. that'll probably be more incentive not to buy than exams when sems/lecs are over tbh. VII and X will be hard to beat.

I'm still on PCT, 3 weeks Clomid 50mg a day...lower then is reccomended but my souce told me to use that and he is far more experianced at this then I am. didn't use HCG, see no point in it as I don't think I was running enough/long enough to get major shutdown....when/if I use more compounds for longer periods then I will look into it I'd say you could use it HGC, and a fair few people will tell you to, but I don't think your using enough to warrent it personally

Yo, remember you saying you want to compete in the next few years. Is your ultimate goal basically the mass monster look? Do you think it's achievable? (I don't mean in the next few years obviously, I just mean eventually). Are you going to be cycling on basically as often as possible? And are you ever going to run other drugs along with AAS like HGH or slin etc? Sorry for the 20 questions LOL just curious

Yeah I'd like to compete in the next few years, setting a target of 2012, see what I'm looking like then and then diet down for a comp in September if I think I'm ready. I have no desire to become a pro BB so the mass monster look isn't really what I'm after....I guess my ideal physique would be considerd 'mass monster' by regular people though. Long Term goal is 16st at 12% BF 18/19inch arms, 46inch chest, 34inch waist, 27inch legs......or something similar I don't think I'll use insulin, bit to dangerous sounding for my liking

End of PCT! Measurements Before Height-5'9'' Weight-13st10lbs Chest-Releaxed 39inch Chest-Tensed-41.5inch Right Arm-15.5inch Left Arm-15.5inch Waist-33inch Right Quad-24.5inch Left Quad-22inch Right Calf-16 inch Left Calf-15.5inch Measurements After Cycle Height-5'9'' Weight-15st2lbs Chest Relaxed-40.5'' Chest Tensed-43.5'' Right Arm-16.25'' Left Arm-16.25'' Waist-34.5'' Right Quad-25.75'' Left Quad-23'' Right Calf-17'' Left Calf-16.5'' Measurements After PCT Height-5'9'' Weight-14st13lbs Chest Relaxed-40'' Chest Tensed-43.5'' Right Arm-16.1/8'' Left Arm-16.1/8'' Waist-34.5'' Right Quad-25'' Left Quad-23.5'' Right Calf-17'' Left Calf-16.5'' so measurements have stayed pretty much the same size 5 weeks ago when I ended the cycle, arms and right quad have dropped slightly, think I may have gained for BF aswell but that will be rectified when I start cardio in 3 weeks. Lifts have remained the same as they were on cycle, allthough I haven't deadlifted 200kg since I have been working on reps instead, now repping 180kg for 5 Pictures

Class. Quads looking ma-hoo-sive! That most muscluar is awesome as well! In some of those pics you look around the same kind of size as arnold84 in his before pics for that cut he did a while ago. If you don't know what I'm talking about, that means you will look fu.cking unreal when you cut! What's the plan now though, just keep bulking?
JOURNAL I'm tougher than leather, I'm smoother than suede, Always never broke 'cos I'm usually paid.

thanks man. allthough I am noway near Arnolds size, I belive he was 18st when he cut and went down to 14st, but Im just under 15st so when I cut Ill only end up at 12 or 13 stone depending how low I want to go Maintaining for another 3 weeks, then starting to introduce cardio the week I come back after easter, 2 or 3 times a week for 40mins, diet will remain the same for a few weeks then be adjusted come mid-may
