That pic wasn't loading for me, so it just looked like a tiny bit of the top of the picture. I think that's what he means? EDIT: It loaded for me there actually, I see what he means now... it looks like you're having a tom hank! Look at where your hand is! PMSL

I am indeed, being 'on' is so much better then 'off' and it means i can get away with eating **** and not gain a **** ton of fat(not that I do this often) starting cutting in3/4 weeks and will introduce T-bol or H-drol about 2/3weeks after next injectable will be September-December/January

hmm, now this may or may not be the advice that everyone would give, BUT if your going to be taking anything, you will be shut down. So with that in mind i dont see any difference between an oral and an injectable cycle. Its still another cycle. So in my mind, if your going 'on' you might as well do it properly rather than half arsed with just orals. In fact there is a good case to make that just doing some test is healthier than running an oral cycle. add to that its more effective, and on a risk reward ratio it blows an oral cycle out of the water. But you should do what your comfortable with.

I agree with that, however I will likely be at home for some of my cycle so an Oral cycle is easier to hide from my mother. I'll work out the timings later and if I'm at Uni then I may well do another injectable for my cut, will defintly be running injectable in September though

AWG lol, how did you deal with it? I'm thinking of just telling them soon they ask enough questions well, she never really went off on one, as at the time she worked reception at a doctors surgery. She talked to a gp about it, and he actually reassured her that there wasnt much in the way of risk. so i think that helped alot. she wasnt happy about it, but then she did say she always thought i would end up down that route as i was so serious about training. Guess i was lucky really, mainly because she didnt tell my old man! I know people that have told their folks and after a bit of discussion have been fine with it, i know others who have told them to move out! lol WHat kind of questions they been asking?

do not tell unless you have to, but if the cats outta the bag, be honest. i told my ex and sat her down (when we were together) and she was a vet nurse. She had the common myths to be dispelled but otherwise she was golden with it. I told my current missus the 1st night i met her. Her ex was on gear but a right fruit loop so again i had to dispell some myths. My dad....well..... i hid it for 8 months. After my show win it was hard to hide it as i had only restarted bdybuilding 14 months prior. He was sane and cool about it all, now a running joke. We had the big sit down chat etc. AAS is quite easy to hide unless someone roots through your room

I'd be more then happy to move out TBH, in fact it would be a convienet excuse lol well I've gained 30lbs since September, also more bodyhair and a more acne on my back, so mum keeps asking about these things,I just try and ignore her tbh or give some bull**** excuse, hopefullly she'll figure it out on her own then ask me about it....would be much easier, especially seeing as all my mates now that I'm on gear

first session in 5 days today, was at work all day Friday and Monday and the gym closed at 3pm so I was unable to go...this is the longest I have had of in 2 years. Chest DB Press 60lbs 1x8 90lbs 1x5 didnt feel comfortable doing these without a spotter so switched to flat bench Flat Bench 90kg 1x6 90kg 1x4+7 Partials 90kg 1x5 90kg 1x5 70kg 1x7 60kg 1x8 Decline Bench 60kg 1x10 80kg 3x5 DB Incline Press 70lbs 1x6 didnt like these, even though I prefer it to BB incline, so I switched over Incline Bench 60kg 1x8 60kg 2x6 DB Flys 45lbs 3x8 Cable Crossover-Press FST-7 30kg 1x8 30kg 1x8 30kg 1x8 25kg 1x8 25kg 1x8 25kg 1x8 25kg 1x8

Looking class. Jesus. Your delts have exploded, even since your last pics!? What do you think of the FST-7 thingy? When I do it I tend to keep the weight the same for all 7 sets, and just aim for an 8-12 rep range. So for the first few sets I'll be hitting 12 and then by the last few sets I'll be hitting 8 or 9.

Back today, was a mediocre session if I do say so myself, skipped out Deadlifts as doing them by myself is a ballache when it comes to unracking the bar etc. Lat Pulldowns 80kg 3x8 80kg 1x6 70kg 1x7 50kg 1x10 50kg 1x12 Pull-ups 2x3-cramp in my forearms, couldn't do any more Seated Row (cable) 50kg 1x10 65kg 3x10 65kg 2x8 Single Arm Row 90lbs 4x8 T-Bar Row 60kg 1x12 80kg 2x10 also orderd £100 worth of supps from My Protein, should last me about 3 months

legs today with my mate Mark (Snake182on here) was a good session allthough felt like I pulled my Hamstring during one of warm up sets so that affected the weigths used I think Squats-First time in 7 weeks?! 60kg 3x10 (warm up) 100kg 1x6 120kg 1x7 100kg 1x10 100kg 1x10 60kg 1x10 Hack Squat 40kg 4x10 Hamstring Curls 25kg 1x12 30kg 4x10 Calf Raises (leg press) 90kg 3x30 120kg 2x30 Crunches 1x50 1x40 1x30 *supersetted with* Dip Bar Knee Raises 3x12 not the best, but I also hadn't trained legs for the 2 weeks prior so think it was ok, annoyed with my hamstring though as I could have gone much heavier with the squats I think

trained with Mter Jedi today at Loughborough Lesuire Center, not trained that hard for a while, he is quite the taskmaster!! sound bloke, strong as an Ox and built like a brick ****house and he paid my entry fee aswell!!! DB Shoulder Press 16kg 2x10 26kg 1x8 30kg 1x6? 28kg 1x6? Seated DB Front Raises 12kg 1x12 12kg 1x11 12kg 1x9 Seated DB Lateral Raises 10kg 3x8-ish Rear Deltoid Fly (Cable Stack) Pin 2 3x12 Arnold Press 22kg 1x10 22kg 2x8 *supersetted with* DB V-Press 10kg 3x8 then we did a few other bits and bobs at the end, can't really remember the weights or reps so won't list Jedi pretty much forced all of the reps out of me on the arnold supersets...ridiculously hard

Hope you enjoyed it mate and that there is no lasting and permanent damage Sorry you didn't get to do your clean and press, I did hint that you might not feel like it at the end of the session. You did good for your first encounter with the pressing superset, there was barely any whimpering and not so much as a single tear. Epic fail on not getting a thumbs up pic done.

AWG DB Incline Press 27.5kg 2x6 27.5kg 1x3-Flunked out on these big time strength already down slightly and I haven't even started dieting properly yet!! I made an abomination of my incline dumbbells today too so maybe it was some kind of astrological alignment. No reason why you should lose much strength when you're cutting. You might find it goes up as you're actually eating better
