Mr.M haha.. 90k Db is some f*ckin weight tho mate.. :-) rio- nah the gym's not a pansy place mate.. its not hardcore but its full of PLer's and some big ol' men.. but then to the left of that vid is where all the machines are and cardio stuff.. still, its a good gym, plenty of plates and DB's etc.. I remember you saying about the gym now mate, i wasn't being funny by the way, just looks like the fairy ass place i train at, full of bicep boys and noone who trains legs lol

ok, so i went thru all my squats etc today and realised i hadnt filmed anythin!! bit pist off as things felt very nice today, lower back holdin up incely.. must be the bit of stretchin ive been doin.. :-) anyway, here it is back squats- 110x3 130x3 150x3 160x3 170x3 180x2 -- very happy with these today, very slow and controlled and parallel!!! 140x12 - think i actually could have got 15 out on these but was feelin 'whinded' rather than fatigued.. front squats- 90x3 110x3 130x3 150x2 90x12*2 finished with a couple of sets of lunges for a good stretch and burn and some planks for the old abs.. good session.. as i said, felt really good today.. body feels pretty solid today, no stiffness or aching :-)

nice mate, told you those eleiko bars are sexy - I had to use a cheapo standard bar today as I trained in my dads garage. Totally dead bar, no flex at all and knocked a good 20-30k off my lifts

wat i may doi build up to a heavy set, but slightly lighter than my heaviest, then drop it again, and move up in singles... the 140x12 was soo much easier than the 130x3 warm up... maybe i need t find more of a groove before my heaviest set!!

today- overhead work push press- 70x5 80x5 90x3 100x3 110x1 115x1 -- fairly comfortable, but not as comfortable as i would have liked seein i have strict pressed 110 before.. strict press- 80x8 90x5*2 seated DB press- 44x8 44x10 ?? finished with some lateral raise stuff dont normally do as much pressin, especially over 3 exercises. but no training partner today. from now on im gonna be hittin push press first instead of strict press, so it will be- PP strict press CGBP anyone have any advice for push presses?? i cant quite nail the technique in the push, dont seem to be gettin much drive from it hence why im only PP'in slightly more than i can strict press. also, anyone have any ideas for an overhead gym medley? im gonna try throw one in every 2 wks or so.. gym doesnt have strongman stuff so a mix of DB and BB stuff, various exercises would be good.. cheers

You may well find a lot of teh issue with yoru PP could lay in the mentality a bit. It's heavy, heavier than you press over your head, so you maybe don't have confidence in it. Persevere and you should soon find you get used to the feel of the weight and then it will move easier.... now you are prioritising your PP, that'll probably iron itself out

Re:2009 MRM- TESTify..

push press is a fine art... think of momentum rising from the feet upward... bend the kness, sink the elbows inwards as you rest the bar on your clavicles....breathe in and hold it for a split second. then as if you are forcing a sudden surge of energy upwards as you drive your legs up, you feel the back muscles tighten as you take the load onto the arms and power them upwards overhead. the energy has to be a clean blast upwards, and stops and jerks breaks the flow of momentum. stop/starting kills it and you start pressing normally again. hard to describe.... i'll try and get a vid up if i get a camera one time

yeh sounds like what im doin.. ive watched a few vids, its just a bit harder puttin it in to practice.. ion theory i can do them, but just feel im not gettin enough from the drive from the legs, and still feel a lot of the movement, maybe too much, is coming from the press .. cheers I.B

today's session shall be summed up in 1 word- PROMISING! deads- 130x3, 150x3, 170x2, 190x1, 200x1, 210x1 -- all went up pretty easy too, there was definately a 220 in me which would have equalled my PB the last time i deadlifted over 3 yrs ago.. so im happy with that.. touch wood my back feels fine and flexibility wasnt much of an issue today.. :-) chins- +10k x10*3 pulldowns- 97x15 BB rows- 90x10 100kx10*2 BB shrugs- 110kx10 110kx 20 mixed grip, switched hands after ten (pronated/supinated) finished with a few sets of Db curls and a high rep EZ curl set. good session today.. felt good, and felt great to start deadlifting again! with speciall attention paid to my flexibility issues and some consistency in doin th deads, i think i'll be up and past my old PB in no time and soldiering on thru to 250 within a few months!! well thats the plan anyway! :-)

no training partner today so left bench alone and focused on incline work- Incline bench- 90x5 110x3 130x3 140x1 150x1 155x1+1 assisted 130x3*2 110x10, 110x9 incline CGBP- dint like these at all 70x6 90x5 - left it there.. didnt feel nice 10 degree incline DB bench- 50kx8, 50x8 50x7 finished with some hammer curls. decent session.. think i may stick with somethin more like this from now on. except do the DB's after incline bench. flat bench may be thrown in every now and again.not sure yet... i have made good progress on the bench and im happy with where i got to, and seeing as it isnt totally necessary for what im aiming training at now i can afford to drop it for a while and work on heavy incline work.plus, from a slight BBin angle, my upper chest is laggin.. :-) haha weighed in after the gym fully clothed and my light gym bag on at just over 110kilo.. so im guessin around 105 in my shorts or somethin around there.. however in better condition than i was when i started my cycle at a similar weight.. :-)

haha.. mate ive been 'on' for 4 months tho in one way or another, so dont worry bout it.. ive seen a few people give them a bash in their journals so fancied givin them a go.. much prefer flat CGBP tho... im thinkin from now that will be the only flat benchin will do consistently tho.. will maybe throw flat bench in every 3rd wk or so instead of CGBP..

tbh I think that may have been that catalyst - just feel sh1t, small and weak. Maybe time to consolidate things as I've hit some good PB's recently so probably a good isdea to drop back a bit and cycle them back up. Aaahh I hate feeling like this.

ah the PCT blues! dont forget that the real fun starts after PCT. Initially the natural test levels will be higher than baseline as the body thinks your cycle level was the baseline... then realises it wasnt and drops down again. i wouldnt be going for PB's but on the same note i dont think you should train lighter...keep the stimuli there for as long as possible to maintain as much mass as you can

Only another week or so to go now mate. If it helps clomid makes me cry A LOT!!! I get so emotional it's unreal. Hope it goes quick for ya. As IB says don't go for any PB's as this might have a negative effect on your moods. Just keep diet and training spot on and you'll be sound soon (sorry for pointing out the obvious )
