ha.. but u did!! and i appreciate it :-) yesterday- OHP 90kx6*3 sets CHINS +10kx6*3 sets 1 ARM DEADS 70kx6*3 sets assistance work- lateral raise superset with DB upright row 12kx15/ 12kx12 * 3 sets good session.. overhead work felt good.. strength is holding up nicely on those.. :-) went out last night.. feelin a tad rough but not too bad at all... which is nice :-)

sorry, i keep forgettin t post it.. theyre push presses mate. gonna stick with them for a while.. tomorro wil be dips lunges and possibly some t bar rows.. followed by some leg assistance stuff and another arm superset thingy :-) was gonn go swimmin tonight, but not so sure now :-(

today- LUNGES 62.5kx6* 3 sets DIPS BWx12* 6 sets --- still no dipping belt or caribena?? for my chain so cant add weight still!! :-( p1ssing me off.. T BAR ROWS 95kx6 *3 sets assistance stuff Box steps +15k in each hand x 12 reps * 3 sets Arms superset- BB straight bar 45kx12 curls / 45kx12 standing skulls * 3 sets followed by 10 mins on the recumbant bike. good workout... think we wont be doin t bars again tho.. cant really do them as there is no v bar or attachment to use.. so will be doing power cleans next week probably :-(.. off back to the lakes for the weekend to see the mother, thinking of gettin out in the mountains on saturday as well.. im liking this cardio stuff :-)

Go to a bloody hardware shop and buy a caribena!!! But in the meantime try those 6 sets with only 30 secs rest between them  you know you want to. I'm off next week but may invest ina Vodafone dongle just to keep up to date with y'all.

ur off again???? i want ur job!! haha mate they were done with 30-45 sec rest.. was just about t add that bit in.. i keep low rest for them seein as no weight can be added... feels good :-) yeh gonna try get one this weekend.. definately get some internet on the go mate.. u know u want to :-)

Surely you can hold something up to 15-20kg DB between your feet or knees tho, no? Mrs has a week off work and deman... asked... if I could to. Already got bathroom decorating duties tho. Be glad to get back to work TBH  Got to do the school rounds to find a place for my boy next year too. I forgot this parenting lark came with serious things like that LOL Spent most of yesterday morning mucking about with him, so much so he wet himself, twice, from laughing so much.

hahahaha... thats class!! :-) how old is he now then 3??..will be wierd sending him off to school every day i bet?? remember my mum bein real upset when i started.. same again when i left for uni! haha.. she demanded u have the wk off t have some romance time together or so u can work whist off work?? haha.. ive got all this to come big man... bein told what to do by the wife... cant wait!! ;-) haha.. yeh i probably could pinch a DB between my legs t be honest.. i just cant be arsed with the hassle tho, will sort it this wk :-) kinda likin the higher reps/ low rest thing as well tho.. but i do need t start adding weight again, big fan of weighted dips! until they injure me, which is usually at around wk4 or wk 5.. :-( ha..

He's 4 in december. I'll be gutted sending him off, cos that'll be it until the next day as I work evenings. ATM I get every morning with him 1 to 1. They don't tell you what to do, they ask you in a way that you can't turn them down - a canny little skill that! I love dips, but like you, going heavy eventually starts on either my wrist or shoulders even tho I don't go excessively deep.

yeh its my elbows and shoulders they tend t f*ck with.. haha... yeh ive had plenty of GF's that have had that skill in abundance... but then when we try the same, we get a swift, 'NO'..!!!!! then are made to feel bad for asking... :-( haha.. women! bloody love them tho..... :-)

today!! :-( in terms of weights, today was a good day, but jesus christ i have never sweated so much in all my life!! literally had it pourin off me :-(, out of breathe pretty quick too... feel completely drained now had t just nail a massive balmcake with loads of honey on, hopefully will sort me out :-) front squats- 115kx6*3 sets Incline bench- 117.5kx6*3 sets ---> last set was 5+ a forced rep DB row- 55kx8* 3 sets assistance work Rope facepulls- 63kx15*3 sets Arm superset EZ curls/ EZ standing skulls 50kx12/ 50kx12 * 2 sets 50kx10/ 50kx10 * 1 set as said, weights were up on squat and bench from last wk, and reps were up on DB row from last wk, but sh1t me it was a hard session.. gonna try nail plenty of food tonight and get a good night sleep.. think i may have been slightly dehydrated too which aint great :-(

cheers mate!! yes, we have full time access to DV now... good man!! yeh the weights went up which obviously makes me happy :-), but yeh, never sweated so much in my life!! felt genuinely horrid!! was dyin on my arse after each round of DB rows.. like seriously dying!!!!

okie doke- today- Chins- +12.5kx6 * 3 sets OHPP- 92.5kx6 * 2 sets 92.5kx5 reps 1 Arm deads- 72.5kx6 * 3 sets assistance stuff- BB upright row/ lateral raise superset 30kx15 / 5k platesx15 * 3 sets Seated ham curls- 47x20 67x12, x8 - dropset to 47x2 finished with 10 mins on the bike too. good session. strength up on everything again.. feelin good.. still sweating like a pig tho!! that, coupled with p[retty long hair at the moment really makes me look like a tramp!! haha

haha.. mate im lovin the cardio.. will be back there tomorro for my cardio session, was there on tuesday as well.. :-) legs are gettin a heavy workout each wk tho!! haha.. feels good tho, eatin enough t recover well enough i reckon so should be fine. happy with the OHPP.. strength is building backup nicely i hope.. seems to be on most lifts.. o, im thinkin of changing the name of the journal to ' THE MR.M AND DV SHOW'.... what u think?? haha.. traffic in here is f*ckin sh1te!!!

another cardio session today.. 10 mins cross trainer 15 mins recumbant bike 15 mins uphill walking. finished with some abs too.. feel good for doin the cardio.. although feels very strange bein in there and not touchin a weight. :-(

there was 2 of us mate so the whole sessino took about 75 mins ish.. decent rests between some of the heavier sets.. i dropped t bar rows this wk as dint like em last week.. hang cleans will be in there every week now. was pretty intense, hang cleans are sore!! box steps have u gassin a bit too :-)

in all honesty mate i usually like them, when i have a handle attachment to use, but there isnbt one at this gym, so wont be doin them anymore :-) today- front squat 117.5x6* 3 sets DB row- 60kx6* 3 sets Incline bench- 120kx6*3 sets *** just.... :-) assistance stuff- facepulls- couple of sets of 12-15 reps cable flys- rest pause set, 12, 8, 8 arm superset- 50k ez curlsx10/ 50k ez bar skullsx10 52.5x10 curls / 52.5x10 skulls great session.. felt very pumped and strong today.. squats felt awesome!! weights up once again... doin wonders for the 'ego' :-P haha.. lovin the routine at the moment.. enjopying the cardio too which is good!!
