shrugs were nice mate.. felt them much more than using the heavier weight and just shruggin and releasing.. u think 500mg again yeh? im game for that.. i just dint seem t get much more when i upped to 500 TBH, but im happy enough to go with it, i'll be using an oral for a longer period this time too so im lookin forward to what i can do on this :-)

Well more mg will always give more results but then how far do you want to take that, and how easy is it to maintain the gains from those higher doses early on in your AAS history. If you can still gain on 500mg then no need to go up IMHO... fair enough if those gains become a plateau, or the gains are quite minimal but considering you starte doff on 500 spread over 9-10 days, a consistant 500mg pw should be decent. If you like, have enough to up the dose to go for a longer run (like I did last year, I started on 500mg pw and finished on 1g over 6 months). Worst case scenario, you don't make quite as much as you had hoped, next time round you are then good to go for 750. Right, I'll get off my parental pedestal now

You've editted your title, couldn't work it out for a second. Good summation that LOL. I reckon it's the inner confidence that might help you with the fairer sex.... plus studies show they go for men with higher T levels (altho those with naturally higher T levels also display other physical traits/characteristics that will appeal as opposed to us sweating it out LOL)

yup definately is meant to be mate! lookin forward to it.. will be a 12 weeker too.. was goin to throw in some deca and as well, but im not sure.. im not wanting masses of mass.. obviously it can be constrolled by diet etc, but im thinkin test at a more consistent higher dose than last time, and a longer ran oral should do the trick!!i'll probably get trigger happy tho and end up runnin some NPP for the last 4 weeks or so when the tbol stops knowing me.. :-) haha

today- CARDIO AND COMPLEXXXXXXXXXXX STATIONARY BIKE- 30 MINS @AVERAGE OF 100RPM DISTANCE COVERED= APPROX 14KM followed by, BB COMPLEXXXXXXX- DEADS, BB ROWS, HANG CLEANS, PUSH PRESS, SQUATS 50 KG's 2 ROUNDS OF 10 REPS 90 SECS BETWEEN THE ROUNDS was pooped after this.. really went for it on the bike, upped my overall RPM average which was good, but i felt it. quads were pumped as hell. then had a bash at this complex and decided to go pretty heavy, and sh1t me it was hard!! baring in mind the complexes ive been doing in my garage have been with approx 25kilos on the bar!! so a jump to 50 was tough, but i managed it... just! forearms and hands were killin tho, gripp was dying off towards the end..

haha, mate i felt like hurling the other day definately!! ok, so today- LEGS- day 2 Front squats 110x8 120x6 130x4 -- FS's felt really good today.. pretty sure 130x4 is a rep PB for that weight whilst 'unnassisted' :-) happy times, more in the tank i reckon. BB squat jumps- supposed to be done first before FS's :-( Empty Oly bar x 6 reps * 4 sets -- explosive jumps from the hole. back raises (hypers) +10kx15 +10kx10+ 5 reps BW BWx15 --- my lower back gets soooooo pumped from these its ridiculous!! had t reduce weight completely.. Seated Med Ball twists ( feet up) 5kg Med ball x 20 reps * 3 sets -- these are just like crunches with ur feet in the air, twisting and touching the ground either side of u (for those of u who dont know what they are ).. FINISHER 2km BIKE SPRINT - Level 10 - averaged 115RPM - 3 mins 20secs --- this will get quicker :-) no direct ham work in there, but in wk 3, ham work comes in, which i look forward to! happy with the FS's tho.. im definately at a level now, on the whole, higher than i was before i started the cycle, so its looking good for when i start the cycle in january, and hopefully will pass the weights i reached at the height of my last cycle :-)

10 December 2009 20:50
cheers mate.. yeh hopefully things, like u have been experiencing recently, are on the up and up!! :-) they kinda have been recently, but im happy with the 130x4, next weds the reps for squats are 7, 5 and 3 so i'll be goin heavier than 130; will probably break down like this- 110x8, 120x6, 130x4 wk 1 115x7, 125x5, 135x3 wk 2 120x6, 130x4, 140x2 wk 3 then the progression will be, 115x8, 125x6, 135x4, and so on.. so i'll be looking at a min of 5kg gain in the month on front squats, obviously this will be looked at if im feeling strogner than that, plus when im 'on' this will increase by more than 5k a month :-0 haha

haha.. i think now that there is a kind of 'planned agenda' i can either hit it, or just increase it slightly when im there.. so it'll help as obviously theyre short term goals to be hit weekly, and i dont think i'll have any bother with them :-)

ok, so im done! what a horrid last 4-5 days.. done so much work, and unfortunately have averaged about 1500 cals a day since saturday :-( not good. just back from the gym, wasnt the best session, didnt even bother trying to keep up with what i normally do, it went like- bench 130x7 140x3 --- Awful! absolutely 0 energy wat so ever!! cant wait t start eatin properly again!!!! Flat DB press- 30kx20 30kx16 -- once again, awful!! weights down a fair bit from last week, just nothiin in the tank at all seated row / supersetted with tri pushdowns 67kx15* 3 sets / 77kx15 * 3 sets DB shrugs / supersetted with / DB lateral raise 30x15 * 3 sets / 10k x 15 * 3 sets so i got most of it done, 1 set down on both the supersets and dint bother with a 3rd set on bench... knackered! bad timing too cos will be hit and miss over xmas time also :-( i hate interruptions to my routine! does my head in..

You still got in there and did something, not easy when you're running on empty tho... oddly I made basic strength can be not too bad, but zero endurance is what hits me. The week or so interruption that is xmas will only take a couple of weeks to remedy in the new yesr tho, mate, no worries

ok, today- was supposed to do legs but today is the 2nd upper body day and my training partner was doin it so im gonna do legs tomorro or sunday pull ups- 12, 8, 2 = 22 reps Pulldowns- supersetted with / Standing DB shoulder press 67kx20 / 20k x 20 67kx15 / 20k x 20 Rolling Tricep extensions / supersetted with / DB hammers 18k x 8 / 20kx8 * 5 supersets Core circuit- toe touchesx10 bicycle crunches x 10 each side 30 sec plank holds each side 100 press ups = 4 mins 26 secs last week when we did the timed pushups, we were countin in our heads for each other as we dint have a timer, but we had my phone this wk, was much quicker than last wk so i must have been 5 mins or so last week. next time i try these, im goin to do it in bursts of 5 reps or so, i tried 12 rep attempts this time and was still gassed when i got to like 65-70. think i'll do 5 on, 5 secs off, i reckon i could do the full 100 like that .. that would have me do it in under 3 mins 30 secs, which is my next goal.. it seems this one is as much about strategy as it is conditioning :-( feels great though..
