    things are startin to come together nicely now.,. just been goin thru my last 6 yr of bank statements, gonna claim my bank charges back, im owed £518, so that will help nicely with my goals...

    goals before i went to leeds were to cut up a bit more and i did, i was happy with the progress but now im thinkin im gonna jump on a quick and easy epi/tren x cycle til my hols in oct then hopefully in the new yr get on a nice 8-10 week test e cycle... wanting to bulk but not in any rush to get huge really fast.. if it means less gains in terms of weight in order to not add excess fat im gonna do it.. i dont mind waiting that bit longer!!
    plus ill be at uni so shouldnt be too stressful, plenty of rest etc.. haha!!

      ok so gym was pretyt busy and i couldnt use the squat racks!! f*ckin female powerlifters!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      aaanyway...
      i moved onto the sh*tty leg press machine we have..
      did;
      8 reps + static hold at the end, for 15 secs x 160k
      widowmaker 20 rep set with 10 sec static hold at the end x 120k

      SLDL - straight set of 12 reps, grip kept givin out cos ive royally screwed my left knuckle on middle finger- 100Kx12- need to go heavier here and remember my straps...

      Seated calf raise-
      60kilo x 14 reps- these are done 5 sec negative, 15 sec stretch at the bottom then explosive push to the top.. Horrid is a word that comes to mind!! will be worse with standing calf raise me thinks!!

      EZ bar preachers
      40 kilo- Rest pause set- 7, 3, 2 - each set had a static hold after last rep...next week will aim for 14-15

      Reverse grip BB curls
      straight set of 12 x 35 kilo...
      will increase weight next time..static hold at the end, slow negatives

      every rep of every exercise has a decent negative to it, at least 2-3 seconds, and after each last rep of every working set there is a static hold for at least 5-10 secs, sometimes longer...

      arms feelin amain after this!!
      quads not so much, was a bit gutted, some women were in the cages so wouldnt use any of the squattin room.. quads got a good work tho same with calves.. i really need to work on feelin it more in my hams with stiff leg deads, feel it much more in lower back than in hams, hams are usually fine after SLDL's :-( owell...

      overall v good sesh tho!!

        thought i may as well put in wat i have eaten today..
        havent done it yet, and today isnt really a typical day, i eat differently everyday but follow a basic, med-high protein, low fat, med-to slightly higher than med carbs...

        meal 1-
        2 scoop syntha 6
        1 large bowl oats with milk

        meal 2-
        2 slices wholewheat bread
        2 whole eggs, 3 egg whites
        3-4 slices low fat cheddar cheese
        2-3 slices sandwich chicken

        meal 3-
        5 egg whites + 1 yolk
        5-6 slices sandwich chicken
        slice of wholewheat bread
        apple

        meal 4-
        serving syntha 6 with water

        meal 5-
        chicken and bacon & four cheese tortellini
        tin of chopped tomatoes
        1 clove garlic
        basil ( this was for me and the mrs)
        normally wouldnt have a meal like this which isnt protein oriented but we were cookin for both tonight!

        meal 6-
        250g quark
        dash of milk
        sugar free crusha

        meal 7- (will be)
        2 scoop express whey (boditronics- peanut caramel flavour)
        table spoon size serving of sunflower seeds
        table spopon of peanut butter

        as i said, everyday is slightly different with the foods eaten, tomorro will be more protein etc as today was a day off from gym..
        tomorro will have more chicken and tuna in and more balanced meals with veg etc..
        we've been out and about today so kept it quick and simple..

          todays session wil be;

          Flat bench - rest paused x 3 totalling 11-15 reps
          DB shoulder press (seated) - same as above + 1-2 negatives on last set..
          EZ bar Skulls - same as above but for 15-20 reps
          Deads - straight sets- 1 x 6-8 reps, 1 x 4-6 reps (heavier)
          Weighted pull ups - rest paused x 3 for 15-20 reps - i may have to go lighter on these... pull ups tax me big time.. and with only around 15 secs pause between each set i'll be caned!!!!

          also so far eating has been

          meal 1-
          2 scoop syntha 6
          large bowl oats

          meal 2-
          5 egg whites + 2 yolks
          3 slices lean cured ham
          3 scotch pancakes - low sugar

          meal 3- will be
          1 tin tuna
          1 tablespoon light mayo
          2 slices fresh wholewheat bread
          1 apple

          tonight will involve chicken thighs in a chinese marinade - f*ckin beautiful!!
          some pasta, more protein shakes, eggs and cotage cheese..
          also will be orderin my epidrol and tren x today too!!

            not the best session.. felt very dodgy in the gym today!!
            still not totally over htis man flu.. ;-), and felt it to be honest

            bench- rest paused
            120 x8, 3, 2

            flat db press- widowmaker set 20 reps
            30k x failed at 13 reps, 10 sec rest hit the last 7 just, excrutiaitingly painful!!

            db shoulder press- rest paused
            36 x 7, 3, 2 - really needed a spotter here... this routine gonna be very hard for the days i train alone!!!

            by ythis point i was feelin v sick but pushed on..

            weighted pull ups-
            BW +10kg x 10, 5,3

            deads-
            warmed up with 100 kilo and i just dint feel right.. had a sit down and decided to cut my losses..

            all the benches were taken so did some reverse grip push downs...
            added plenty of negatives and static holds, did th eusual 3 rest paused sets with full stack, felt very good
            but i was absolutely shafted!!! gonna have a big tea now...

            halvin a pizza wi the mrs, some o those 2% fat chips from mccain, the rustic oven ones..mmmmmmmmmm!!

              well todays diet went out the window slightly..
              been out tonight for a few drinks, and some food..
              went ot an italian but decided not to swamp myself with food as i had already had tea..
              i had,
              scallops wrapped in parma ham for starters- which wasnt cooked at all.. scallops looked like they hadnt even seen a fryin pan before..
              and for mains i wimped out and had a chicken ceasar salad..
              was nice tho!!
              had a few drinks, rangin from vodka to red wine but im not drunk.. but still not ideal ,when i have a big night out planned for tomorro..
              im thinkin tomorro may have to be my last night out til at least the end of the month---- FRESHERS WEEK!! :-)!!!

                  todays session went;

                  MTS hammer strength chest press-
                  65 k x 8,3,2 = 13 reps --- aim for 15 next time

                  MTS hammer strength shoulder press-
                  65 k x 7,3,2 = 12 reps --- aim for 14 next time

                  seated lateral raise machine-
                  45 k x 16,4 --- this is supposed to be a 20 rep straight set (widowmaker)- each rep performed with a strong negative- last 5 performed with static holds

                  CG bench -
                  90 k x8,3,3 = 14 reps --- 15 next time then up weight

                  reverse grip pushdowns-
                  20 rep sraight set ---
                  failed at 13,5,2 --- up weight next time so i fail at 8-10 first --- virtually no rest between each 'set'.. few deep breathes at the top of the movement --- strong negatives and holds used

                  wide grip pulldowns -
                  87 k x 10,5,4 = 19 reps --- will up weight --- want to fail at 8 reps first.

                  BB rows - 12 rep straight set
                  100k x 12 --- dint rest enough between pulldowns --- failed at 7, few deep breathes then got last 5 in.

                  was a hard session.. ive changed the routine slightly to increase the volume now and again but next upper session i do which is friday, ill just perform the normal workout as stated in the DC plan.. although i may add in an extra chest exercise.

                  definately am lovin this routine tho..
                   leg and bicep day on weds.. not lookin forward to it as ive not trained legs much recently due to dodgy knee,.. did a session last week but our leg press isnt that great..

                  just gonna end the day today with a big bowl of quark and probs a shake or some egg whites later!!

                      just ordered my stuff last night.. well some of it at least.. first part of the student loan arrives in the bank next week so will be orderin the rest this week probably..
                      goin to order another bottle epi, and i cant decide whether or not to get tren x or h drol!!
                      im thinkin of h drol as this may help with added mass and weight gains!!

                      but yeah DC is goin v well!! plus my mate has started back at the gym again so i can take each set to failure now as i have him spottin!!

                      i definately would advocate it.. although it isnt for everyones likin, some may need to add a little more volume but some dont!!

                          mate stick with it.. im an a*se for swappin my routine all the time for somethin else!! but ive started this and im gonna give it the 12 weeks it deserves,.. then have a week off and get back on it again!
                          definately worth a try tho.
                          and once u know how u react to it, and how u feel after a sessin, u could probably sensibly add in slightly more volume as has been said, some find it hard to truly take themselves to failure!! i know i do on a couple of exercises.. i just dont feel it as much in the trained muscle as i should so i'll do a widowmaker set for that muscle too to kick my arse!! and it works!!

                                      im workin on her but for now,as she knows that i can get these 'supps' from websites, she's more 'ok' with it...

                                        LOL, i had the same with my folks mate when i ordered 2 bottles of cissus-drol to be delivered to there house. I got the third degree asking me if the CD was steriods and was i going to get all aggressive on them, FFS lol, I did actually play along and said yes so you better keep outta my way while im on it just to wind them up lol. I came clean in the end and tried to explain what they were but they still didnt get it at all. people not into training never do mate.
