Hammer chest press- 65k x 8,4,3 <--- will increase to 70k next time
Hammer shoulder press- 70k x 8,4,3 <--- same again will up the weight, next one tho is full stack! 75k...
CG bench- tris were fairly fried by this time...
95k x 7,4,4 <--- could have prob got more but dint have my spotter today.
will be uppin weight to 100k anyway.

overhand straight bar pushdowns-
full stack + extra weight x 9,3
pronated grip, wide pulldowns- thought we had a hammer machine but it wasnt it was a life fitness one but tried it anyway and it was v v good.!!
heavy RP set
115k x 5,4,3 (bit light), dropped weight,
85k x 8,4,3 <--- back was silly pumped after this! felt great!! could really squeeze the lats wi this machine.
BB rows- 110k x 9,5 <--- had barely any ROM in my back after the pulldowns, still felt good tho.
Hammer strength shrugs- 55k each arm x 12,8 Facepulls- 3/4 stack x 13 all in all was a good session.. was over and done with in around 45 mins.
felt very pumped after it
today was pull priority upper body day hence the extra pull work.
