incline bench- 120k x 5,2,2 <--- PB!!! 100k x 8,2 pec dec- 87 x 7 standing BB push press- 80k x 6- decided to take it easy with the front delts as the inclines were great today, and i felt fine so dint wanna overdo it! cable laterals- 15k x 13, 25k x 7 overhead v bar tri pushdowns- 42k x 12, superset, dipping machine, stack x 12 did that all back to back twice, finished with a set of regular pushdowns x 7, drop set, x 6 pulldown machine- v similar to hammer pulldown- 115k x 7,4,3 DB rows- 50k x 8,5 <--- these were done, right arm, left arm, right arm, left arm, with no rest between any sets. no straps either! decided to work more on the grip.could have gone a lttle heavier with straps but i concentrated on form so they were good reps v good session. v happy wi the incline benching!!! fel v pumped, and felt v strong today too!

ok- back squats- 150k x 6 160k x 4 front squats- 70k x 20 - was a bit light. got to 15 before having to rest pause the rest out. SLDL's- 90k x 9 Lunges- (paul george style) 40k x 7 each leg- havent done these before, and did them with around 30 sec rest from the SLDL's so hams were fried. Seated calf raise- 40k x lots- rest paused, holds, negatives galore!!! after legs my lower back was PUMPED!!!! to say the least... had t sit down for 3-4 mins before i could carry on.. Seated 1 arm hammer strength preacher curl- 45k x 7,3, 40k x 6 - each arm. standing EZ curl- 55k x 10, 60k x 6, dropset 40k x 4 (v strict reps on last set). EZ reverse grip curls- 40k x 8,5 all in all a v good session, as i said above, my lower back is severly pumped, much worse than when i was takin SD... arms were c pumped too.. felt strong. squats were good seein as im havin a bit of lower back trouble at the moment. feels like my lumbar region is made of granite!!! so i wa shappy wi 160k.. will up it slightly next time, maybe 165-170

Injured!! Squat 170kgx1 105kgx25 Dead 200x1 Decline Bench 80x6 Formerly BencherRdg (what a stoooopid name!)

haha.,... i know u've got me on the squatting front.. i think u'd p*ss thru 160k mate... im gettin there tho.. dodgy lower back and all that.... ;-) haha!! the 20 reppers are great t just completely finish me off..it does however, affect the rest of the workout slightly.. quads start t shake a little with SLDL's and lunges etc.. its all good tho!

went t tesco's last night and stocked up on some good old skinny cow ice cream!! beautiful it is!! back is still feelin v pumped.. obviously some water retention goin on there!! my back feels so pumped that, i am conctstantly stood/sat with v good posture, which in turn is causin some back pain... :-( wierd i know, but i have always suffered from lower back probs and had slightly bad posture when i was younger etc.. walkin round with a nice arch in my lower back all the time is takin its toll and lying down at the end of a day is a killer cos my lower back tries to flatten out and the pumps are really hinfdering that!! ah well... suppose its a good thing really!! day off today, really wanna train tho....

i remember one time putting my back out so bad i couldnt lie flat on the floor without pain, when i moved house it was killing me. that night i slept in my new bed with new matress and i woke up 1000x better and the pain went within a week. hows your mattress? might be a stupid question but switching it worked wonders for me

well todays sessin was a bit diferent- not sure why it turned out this way, prob cos my delts were so pumped i could hardly move.. but, it went like htis- Hammer chest press- 70k x 8,3, rest, 70k x 5, dropset to 50k x 6 Standing BB strict shoulder press- (no push from legs) 70k x 6, 75k x 4, 75k x 4, then to Standing BB push press- 80k x 4, 85k x 4 85k x 3 cable sidelaterals- 20k x 12 each arm CGBP- 110k x 5 120k x 5 ---> could have gone heavier, and could havehad more reps from the 120k but no spotter and i dint wanna push it seein as 3 hrs ago i was making a conscious effort not to sh*t myself!!!these were done like floorpresses too, so bar stoped approx 6 inches from chest (well, upper arms parallel to ground). Cable pushdowns- 47k x 10, supersetted with dipping machine- full stack x 16 Face pulls- 35k x 13 was a good session. the assistance lifts im not too fussed on.. but the shoulder pressing really f*ckin hurt cos my delts are so frickin pumped.. still very sore no so gonna have a banana! but this was a taste as to what my trainin will be like in the near future.. im lovin DC, but ive decided, after watchin shows like last man standing and unbreakable, that im gonna put it to use and train more in a strength oriented way! and possibly do some form of strongman/ powerliftin comp in the future.. by then obviously i will get my routine down pat and chat wi some of the more eperienced guys on here but really dont think a stage is my kind of thing and posing to music etc.. i'm shy.. ;-) !!

mrmmonster CGBP- 110k x 5 120k x 5 ---> could have gone heavier, and could havehad more reps from the 120k but no spotter and i dint wanna push it seein as 3 hrs ago i was making a conscious effort not to sh*t myself!!!these were done like floorpresses too, so bar stoped approx 6 inches from chest (well, upper arms parallel to ground). Whats the reasoning behind this mate? to keep the focus on the tri's and not chest / delts?
